Went there at 5pm and there was a sign on door that said "Be back soon 6:31" . It was business hours and door was locked.whats wrong with people not wanting to work?

I called about a product bought at a gnc , mentioned it was sour and asked if they do refunds.the employee literally hung up in my face lol I don't even know how to react.

What a great store......met the owner by chance at the barbershop and gave me tons of free advice on supplements. Went in the next day and Jesse helped me out. He was just as knowledgeable and eager to help me find the right products. Great experience, never going anywhere else!

The staff at the Westchester location is wonderful and very accommodating. As always, Clara, an esthetician who works at the Oasis Day Spa, took great care of me. She is very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Went here for a private party. Loved the ambiance. My massage was not that great. She was rough and did mostly my back the whole time when it was full body. I guess I will go back and guess someone else

My experience was wonderful and my service was great. I had an amazing 2 hour massage with Mary. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the extent of the protocols that Oasis put in place to assure my safety and comfort level. From the moment I arrived the cleanliness and the appointment to detail at this spa was noticeable. Oasis had a newly installed UV Ventilation system to assure their spa has fresh clean air, the slippers given to me we're wrapped and sealed and my robe was new. Both the locker room and the relaxation room were prepared for social distancing. While waiting for my service the amenities such as the fruit and nuts were offered in sealed individual packs and bottled water was served. All of this gave me huge peace of mind knowing that my safety was paramount. It all just reinforced how professional this spa operated. It is no wonder Oasis Day Spa is rated Best of New York. I can't agree more!! Thanks for existing!!!!

The Store is neat and clean and the staff is always friendly. However, beware the KN95 masks that they are selling. I bought a 10 pack for $9.99 which is extremely cheap compared to anything I have seen. However, when I looked online at the CDC list it turns out that they are on the list of KN95 masks that were no longer certified as of 4 months ago. Overall it's a fine store but dont buy the KN95 masks unless you check them first...

Im a bilateral lower limb amputee using a manual wheelchair. Was given a robe to change into after arriving. locker rooms were big enough for both prosthetic legs aka and bka which I was surprised of. Shower are good but they're not roll in shower. The facility is super clean and shiny. Claire was great. She communicated well and asked where would I like more pressure during the massage. She was very attentive making sure that I was having the best possible experience. I had her for a deep tissue and would recommend her again.

Had a great massage! Jim was my therapist. He really listened to me and focused on my areas of concern. I had techniques used that I'd never before experienced. Felt like a new person afterwards! Very great experience and will return.

Continues to be amazing..I've had 2 deep tissue massages with Ramone, who is amazing. He is professional and communicative (which is a necessity for anyone new to deep tissue). While I understand them, I can't wait for COVID restrictions to be lifted so I can reschedule another with him!

After having an issue at the spa, I asked to have the owner of the spa call me to resolve it. Over the phone I was told that due to pregnancy I was extra emotional and he understands that being pregnant can cause a lot of different emotions. I didn't realize that demanding customer service and a full 60 minute massage in this price range was equated to being an emotional pregnant person. When I repeated that I was not happy with his response and would be writing a negative review, I was told I would be banned and he disconnected the call. I do not appreciate the customer service, lack of clarity and definitely not being told I am emotional due to pregnancy from a MAN. If a man was filing a compliant and upset I am pretty sure that he would have not been called emotional. I never thought that a business owner would hang up on a customer when told they would receive a bad review or make a sexist comment instead of apologizing for a poor service.

So we decided a few days prior to getting an appointment that we wanted to go. We were 3 people. They were very accommodating. We had a 6:15 pm. Took us promptly. Handed us our robes and sandals, and we were off to relaxation! The spa was very clean, well equipped. Looked like they had plenty of rooms. The staff was so nice to us. Welcoming us. After getting into our robes, we waited in the relaxation room. We chose not to use the sauna, due to the time of our appointment. In the relaxation room their water and nuts, fruit were well stocked. My massage therapist came in for me. His name was RAY. He was spectacular. I had 1 hour of Swedish deep. We all loved our services. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. We will be back.

Over priced and less than average, the massage for my hubby and myself was $270 which is just a little crazy. I am sorry but I do not remember the name of my tech, but her massage was average at best. When I turned over on my back she rubbed my neck with some highly toxic substance, which made me dizzy. She did not inform me of this before hand, I am highly allergic and this stuff what every it is made me dizzy. I have been to many other high end spas and I am sorry this massage is near the bottom of my list
