I used the dix hills location for the first time because part of a lightning cable broke off in the port. The repair cost was less than I expected. Ricky was very professional and fixed it immediately, 5 thumbs-up! ?????

I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at iFixScreens in Dix Hills. My son has gone to this store many times for repairs to his phone. The gentleman that helped me ( I believe his name was Rikki) went above and beyond answering all my questions . He fixed my screen and cleaned my phone, It looked brand new when I left. I would absolutely recommend this business to all my friends and family.

Seemed like a nice place but they do not stand by their work. Fixed twice. Screen failed both times within a week. Last visit there, they were absolutely nasty and condesending. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Honest, fair and reputable. Screen was fixed
In under an hour. Thorough assessment of the phone before any work was done. If I ever have any screen issues or phone issues in general I will definitely bring it back here. Very happy with my experience.

Excellent service. Ricky was very knowledgeable and fixed the busted front screen on an iPhone 13 pro, like a pro. I was in and out of there in 25 mins with no appointment. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely go again for repairs if i need it.

Both workers have no interest in your phone. They will damage other parts so that you come back for more repairs. This is the dark side of commercial phone repair companies. Find an independent repair service. Try marketplace on facebook.
