Hands down.. great. They know me by name, easy to order my odd ball fish. Most are well educated in their departments too. Some days in the morning they can be a little short on staff, so be kind and understand.
*Update to Petco's reply* I'm just glad I can get my odd balls like Indian Pea Puffers and Chili/Phoenix Rasboras. Lisa is top notch.. personally think she needs to be recognized for her knowledge and excellent customer service.

I can’t begin to say how amazing the trainer at this Petco is. She is a truly remarkable trainer, great with animals and so knowledgeable. She needs to be paid more than whatever she’s receiving. Awesome!

I didn't stay very long here but the cashier was very friendly and i was able to find everything i needed . This is definitely one of the bigger Petco's and they have quite a bit of stuff

Stood there in line with somebody else trying to cash out and there was nobody available to check us out they were dealing with online purchases Etc I just walked out there are plenty of pet stores that will sell me stuff I had about $50 worth of stuff

I tried to buy online. There was almost nothing to choose from. I go to the store. There is plenty. This means no discount for me. Why can't you either get your inventory to display correctly or at least let me have a coupon that I can use in the store. i am tempted to try your competitors.

Great service! Nice and friendly. Only downside is barely anything stocked for small pets. Bedding and food wise. Overall nice place to shop.

We use the groomer for our 2 dogs as well as grab supplies here and there. Hope they can retain the groomer. We have used others but this place does a good job consistently and the rewards discounts are huge.
