“Hands down.. great. They know me by name, easy to order my odd ball fish. Most are well educated in their departments too. Some days in the morning they can be a little short on staff, so be kind and understand.
*Update to Petco's reply* I'm just glad I can get my odd balls like Indian Pea Puffers and Chili/Phoenix Rasboras. Lisa is top notch.. personally think she needs to be recognized for her knowledge and excellent customer service.”
“I love this pet shop! It has everything! We have an indoor and outdoor cat. We go about once a month and purchase what we need. We usually buy packets of OMG with the gravy and Friskies for the outdoor cat. For treats, they both love Temptations and Squeeze-ups.”

“Went to the Erie blvd store for the first time for cohesive bandages for my dogs tail as he is suffering from hot spots and allergies. Spoke with Erik at checkout who was very friendly and helpful. Gave me other suggestions as far as shampoos and discussed different types of foods that may affect my dogs allergies. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. Great products.”
