Shopping at Ollies' is fun! Their motto "Good stuff cheap" is right on. I am an avid reader and I have gotten a lot of good books for great prices. Going to Ollies' is an adventure! You never know what you'll find. Even their cheesey ads are fun.
I just wish there was one in Cortland! Now there is....yay!!

Prices yes they're great. Employees always look miserable and mad when you ask for help. I bought a air conditioner and the cashier was such a rush she called the next person before I can put my receipt away and my air conditioner back in the cart. I don't go often the Employees make it hard to wanna come back. Not a friendly store.

Please fire the older man with bald head and i believe he had on glasses a bit tall! He was on evening shift. As I entered the store he didn't greet me, I said excuse me sir because i had a question.. he looks to the side and ignored me. So I walked over to him and said excuse me do you have paper towels...his response was a very irritated NO! then I was checking out, 200.00 dollars worth of stuff, I asked the young male cashier if I could have ones instead of a 5 dollar bill in which he replied yes no problem... the older bald tall man rudly storms over in a hurry and tells him that we don't give change! She can go to the bank for change.....like what. I replied excuse me I am a paying customer and change for a 5 should never be a problem. He said nothing just walked away!! He is absolutely the wrong person to work with customers. He was also following people around and made us all in the store very uncomfortable! Fire him!! He is bad for business. Also the store is very messy and floors and bathroom filthy!
