2980 Sentinel Heights Rd, Lafayette“Great place. My wife and I went here last weekend because we were stir crazy and needed to be in the sun and see other humans. This was the only greenhouse that was open (or at least that answered the phone). For those of you not familiar with northern living, and more specifically, the dreary gray gloomy mid winter in Central New York, it's rough. Most greenhouses just close the doors in late Fall and ride out the gloom until Spring. Not only was this place open but it was bustling with customers and enthusiastic and engaged staff. All that and sun streaming through the whole place. What a huge boost for us! They have tons of plants, pottery, curated second hand findings, and artisan hand-made goods and all reasonably priced. A welcome oasis filled with vibrant life, in a vast bleak tundra. What a great experience! Will be back.”
“They've got the most assortment of plants I have ever seen anywhere else in all my travels. As a farm boy myself I was intrigued by the volume of plants They've got here. You name it, They've got it. All seasons and all occasions. I got myself a cactus succulent for their ability to withstand long period of non attention and watering. Since I won't be around most of the time. And their prices are reasonable.”
“Not all locations sell Propane, but the Cicero location does.Propane cylinder refills are inexpensive. Friendly and fast service. These folks know what they are doing.”
“Tucked in the back corner of Business Ave. is this gemstone of a place for all your pond/aquatic needs. Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Will definitely return!”
“I visited November 2022. This was my first time purchasing a real tree. It was gorgeous. I received so many compliments. I was on the pricey side, I believe close to $80. I wouldn't spend that much again, but it was beautiful for my first real tree compared to fake plastic trees.”
“We arrived with a load, the staff who had to unload had already left, but another friendly worker was able to unload us thanks, so it was good and they were friendly and fast, good space. Thank you Lord for helping us not to leave us burdened, since we come from New York City.”

“So the running joke is that the Home Depot has terrible customer service and associates hide from you when you go there. I had to run to the garden center for something, and had the opposite experience. The staff member manning the entrance greeted me when I came in, and helped me find the item I was looking for. The aisles are a little wacky and he wasn't able to direct me perfectly, and I had to do some wandering and scrounging. Still, he was so nice and at least seemed willing to help, which is more service than I usually get in these kinds of big box home stores. I'm not super handy so I can't really weigh in on everything here, but the garden center was pretty nice.”

“Went to the Erie blvd store for the first time for cohesive bandages for my dogs tail as he is suffering from hot spots and allergies. Spoke with Erik at checkout who was very friendly and helpful. Gave me other suggestions as far as shampoos and discussed different types of foods that may affect my dogs allergies. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. Great products.”
