“For those of you that need to do your banking on the run, this is the M&T drive through to stop at especially if you are zipping through the downtown elevated interchange. It is close enough to an exit and entrance to either direction on I81 or I690. It is primarily a motor banking port having two motor banking windows with live tellers during regular banking hours. You can park and go to the inside counter, but I never have gone inside. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. What I like best about driving through here is that they never go to next day business while open. There is also a 24 hour drive up ATM.”

“Today at Key Bank in Fayetteville the manager, I believe his name was Jay, help me with a situtation that most have faced. My 4 year old grandaughter who had to used the bathroom then and there or else. He was kind enough to let me use the employee bathroom in this emergency even thought they are usually for employees only to my understanding. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I've been a customer of Key Band for many years and will continue to do so because of this little act of kindness.”

“I went to Key Bank to make sure I had no overdraft fees and they promise me that and then a couple months later I was charged $40. I even called them up and they said there was nothing that they could do so. If I were you I would choose a different bank they nickel and dime the hell out of you?”
“Joe Annorino, Branch Manager, was very helpful when I opened up a new checking account out of an abundance of caution due to identity theft. He helped explain the checking products, figure out what worked best for me, and then made sure my autopay was set up properly to come out of the new account.
All in all, during a stressful and uncertain time, he was supportive and quick to assist me. I've always had pleasant experiences at this branch. Thank you Joe and staff!”

“Well I had what I thought was a real $100 so I went in looking completely ridiculous in my work clothes with my coffee. I went up to a very nice man named Christopher and I was informed they have machines not markers to check for counterfeits. Embarrassingly enough as I went to hand it to him I noticed plain as day that it said Play Money. I’m sure I looked super sus shoving it back in my pocket and dismissing it but he didn’t make me feel like he was suspicious of me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed if anything he just reassured me that he could help me if I found I needed it. So that’s very nice customer service though I wasn’t a customer and my brain was definitely not working”
“So far so good. They have a lot of great products to offer their members, which is why we switched to them. Getting help and assistance setting up our accounts and services have been great so far. We had a couple problems, but they were all very nice and proactive in getting everything fixed and figured out. In today's world, it's refreshing to have people that try and care about helping you.”
“Great experience with Chen: I arrived past 4pm and even though I had a complicated banking request, Chen offered to assist. He was very efficient+effective and managed to take care of everything faster than expected. This really helped me out since coming the next day was not an option for me. No wonder he's got a bunch of awards, he's a real banking rockstar!”
