  I went to go get my sons birthday cake and no one was in the bakery . I went asked someone to call and someone came looked then told me there was no cake. Absolutely awful service. I will take my business to Walmart.

  Slow and terrible customer service. Waited for almost 20 minutes on line for a mistake initiated by customer and then compounded by employee who didn't know what they were doing. You think they'd at least apologize for the delay. Not a word.
