I was in absolute disgust when I went into the store the manager was rude and didn’t know how to answer any of my questions. So I went back another day to work with anyone besides him and his employee was worse I wouldn’t recommend this store the employees are lazy I’ll drive extra miles to go elsewhere

Zach was great. Immediate help, transparent, listens and then responds, sells what I need to use the phone effectively not what I don't need. I can't recommend this Verizon enough.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Russell store in Derby, NY.I had called the same day to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they had a 1:00 appointment that day.Prior to making the appointment, I attempted to reach out to customer service .After 3 consecutive days of being on hold and/or being,”disconnected “‘and promised a call back, I was left on Deaf ears.After the disappointing conversations with Verizon customer service , I finally made a appointment to the Russell store .I was in and out in less than 25min!! With questions answered and a new phone!!Thank you, Russell store!!! I now know who to reach out to if I ever need future assistance!!!

I live in Versailles and we finally got the chance to get internet but it was a little hard to get everything set up because of our location. So I called and did online chats and the people were not very helpful so I decided to go in store. Being from Angola originally I decided to go to the Derby store. There were 2 gentlemen there who helped me I believe it was Zach? and Rhine. They understood the issue I was having and worked VERY hard to get everything set up and working for me. For the first time since moving into our home we finally had internet! We couldn't be happier they went above and beyond when the call center and chat gave up and they did it without me feeling like a bother. So great to have them help! I plan on telling everyone in the neighborhood to go here to get set up. Verizon isn't an easy company to deal with but they made it easy. Thank you guys!

Love this place.They made me realize how good the Hamburg location is in contrast.I enjoy going to places that are closed 2 hours early!

Wonderful service. Suggested and applied liquid screen protector. Beautifully done. Also took time to explain/break down my plan for me. Explained what my bill would be if I split my bill into 2 lines and 3 lines. Detail by Detail. Awesome! Zach was very nice and went above and beyond!
