These guys are the BEST! Friendly, professional, competent, and trustworthy. I went in with a flat tire this morning, riding on my donut spare. They took the tire, fixed it, and even put it back on my car, all in about ten minutes. That was a heck of a pit stop, fellas! Great job!

My 1966 Chevy Chevelle was due for an oil change before she went in for winter storage. Took her to our local Jiffy Lube in Derby and got right in to the service bay. While they were performing the oil change apparently the oil filter was leaking. They fixed that all up and cleaned the inside of the engine compartment of the oil splatters. Great job and very well pleased. See you all again next fall for her annual oil change. Thank you

As I always do I stopped by my Jiffy Lube store to get my oil change as per my car telling me. I can’t tell you how wonderful the treatment I received today was. In addition to changing my oil, they discovered that my air cabin air filter had been in the process of being chewed up by field mice and was doing damage, I was so shocked because it’s only been a year and a half since I had the same problem which cost me thousands of dollars having gone on diagnosed. On top of that these wonderful gentlemen save me even more money by finding a coupon on my phone

I wish I could rate 6 stars! I’m a DIY car enthusiast and the thought of going into a shop for a NYS inspection always makes me nervous because of all the stereotypes around “getting hosed” at inspection time for stuff you don’t need. Let me tell you, this is not one of “those shops”. The team at this Jiffy Lube treats every customer like a guest and delivers an incredible vibe of trustworthiness and honesty! I don’t know what their secret is, but everyone in there from the manger to a new tech I haven’t met yet talks to the customer with kindness, patience and care. It’s down right enjoyable to be in the waiting room and witness customers constantly being updated on the status of their vehicle, having their questions answered, and have someone listen to them even if they’re just rambling about some random side story. I love how the staff sets realistic expectations on time required to complete their work and, in my case today, they sometimes overdeliver and get you out sooner than promised. I’d like to congratulate the management and staff at this location for creating something truly special. If you’re looking for a great shop for maintenance, repairs and inspections, AND wanted to be treated right, this is your shop!

I pulled in! Wasn’t here 20 minutes!! Absolutely wonderful!! The manager was very nice and efficient ! It was great to sit outside on the Adirondack chairs and take a break!

I have been going to this place for years. Pat and the guys were always amazing. Today my husband stopped by and we learned Pat passed away. My heart is so sad. He was a hard working, honest man. Pat loved the BILLS. RIP PAT! ?
