“Hands down this is the best fish fry we have ever eaten in western New York. The filet was huge, covering our platters from end to end, and it was very, very thick. The fish was perfectly cooked, extremely moist, flaky, tender and flavorful. If our server hadn't of sworn repeatedly that it was haddock, I would have insisted that it was Atlantic cod. It was that perfectly prepared. The batter was also quite tasty without over indulging on the seasonings. The cole slaw, macaroni salad and potato salad were all perfectly crafted and very much complimented each other and the fish. Our server ladies were absolutely fantastic with their very personable attitudes and attentiveness. Even though we were here at the height of dinner service, the server ladies truly hustled and took care of all the diner's needs. Everyone in the dining room appeared to be happy and having a good time. This American Legion building is just so above & beyond the previous building of yore, and the inside customer areas have been maintained in a spotless yet comfortable manner. And God bless the American Legion folks for making this facility and their parking area accessible to physically handicapped people. There are so many businesses in the WNY area that violate the civil rights of handicapped people by not providing an ADA accessible path of travel from the parking stalls to/through the front entry of a business. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit here for another wonderful dinner service. Thank you American Legion!”

“Ten Lives Club helped reunited me with my cat after he became lost recently. They went above and beyond to contact me and took excellent care of him while he was with them. They also gave some helpful advice and suggested some useful products for him when he was recovered. Thank you so much Ten Lives Club!”

“The cats are great. I volunteered there for a short time and after a some time, I didn't feel good about it. The human element there needs work. There is a lack of kindness regarding people and when I was there, I felt ineffective, just tossed into the mix to sink or swim. I couldn't feel good about my commitment to helping. So I stopped. The cats are beautiful babies though.”

“The sign for their 75 cents wings on Thursday drew us in. So glad we stopped. Wings were fantastic, bartender was incredibly nice, and the band playing (Friends) was really good with a playlist that fit into this 50-somethings wheelhouse! Highly recommended! Returning tonight for their Fish Fry (fresh, not frozen).Next night: Fish fry to go was excellent and plenty of it. Fish cooked to order, potatoe salad, mac salad, slaw, fries, lemon wedge and tartar sauce for $15 (July 2023). Support the vets and get some fantastic food, drink and entertainment.”
