  NBT Bank of Deposit is a friendly local bank. The customer service reps do a great job. It does seem like some days they are under staffed and you may have to wait a little longer. But, they do their best and it's the only bank in town now.

  Terrible costumer Service from the incompetent staff who deem it appropriate to gossip about account details with other costumers. Expect to wait at least ten minutes for them to finish talking to each other before acknowledging your presence.
