Been going here forever now. They have ordered special items for me. And Cathy is my favorite she's such a sweet lady... I was a bit off put by the young lady who was there a few weeks ago and was on her phone while she was taking care of me almost as if I was a bother but ohh well.. still great prices and people

Husband asked if they had Recipe 21 vodka. Woman at the counter said “That’s made by a beer company and I don’t support that. I have enough cheap vodka already between Barton’s and Mccormicks.” Btw Recipe 21 is made locally in Rochester so I will continue support them but thanks for the unnecessary snark Yellowbrick lol this lady is always crabby anytime we go here.

New location is spacious and well laid out. Wine section has an area for NY wines which included a few local wineries as well as finger lakes.

Everytime I went to the store I had all the help I needed, even carried my purchase to the car for me because of a knee injury. Have had 4 different salespeople and all were great. The owner is especially nice and helpful. I will continue to shop there.

There is an older white woman who works there who is just impatient and rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time but now on numerous occasions i have had a poor experience because of her. We were the only people in the store and she was so impatient and rude about getting my ID out so she could scan it. New location is nice but due to customer service i will not be back.

Used to like this place until the old lady demanded that my 12 year old daughter show her ID. That seriously happened. Plenty of other liquor shops around.

Never been more embarrassed in my entire life! I know there is a mask mandate again but I have a legitimate health issue that prevents me from being able to wear one and breath properly. The older lady that works there frequently not only yelled at me about not wearing a mask, but she wasn't even wearing one herself! Even after I offered the doctors note I have on me, she demanded that I left. Never again will I ever step foot in that store. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I love this cider mill. Wonderful new cooking ideas, recipes, dips, baked goods. Some unusual cooking utensils. Excellent prepared foods. Love their boxed soups, salad dressings, breads, cheese curds, candy apples, stews, etc. Of course wonderful cider slushy & service. Has been a favorite destination for years.
