Staff are rude and incompetent. Last prescription, I had a switch in coverage with a new card. Gave them the new information. They still used the old information. I had to call the insurance company, give them the new group number, and fix it. The whole process took over an hour. I have a refill on one medication that I tried to get filled today. I was told I couldn't get it refilled until tomorrow..I wasn't given a reason. Then I was told they would have to order it. That could've been the first answer. Last time, I deal with them. Congratulations. You lost a customer. Lose enough, you have no job.

This place is so unorganized
I’ve never called a pharmacy so many times in my life !
They put the wrong ZIP Code on my order. I made them aware instead of them just sending me another order.
They wanted me to call my insurance company and do an override to get a new prescription for their error of putting the wrong zip code!
They blame the old pharmacy usps . It’s almost been four weeks now and I still haven’t received my original prescriptions that they mailed out to me.
They’re supposed to call me back. It’s been two business days and still no call back.
I originally went here because there prices where a lil cheaper then other pharmacy.
Although the hassle and the back and forth isn’t worth saving a few dollars.
I rather pay more for someone that actually gets my address right and actually care about the patient.
They really don’t care at all ! Horrible customer service. Just not a good place to trust with your prescriptions

Waiting for over thirty minutes with no communication from the staff. Something I was told would take 10-15 minutes is going to an hour. Would say finding a local pharmacy with people who actually care about u would be the thing to do.

Unsure if this is the same pharmacy in Cheektowaga that does home delivery:I called after one of my prescriptions had been filled by my doctor without my approval (I'm a diabetic, prescriptions are very expensive). I received notification that the prescription had been filled and shipped, so I called to see if there was anyway I could cancel/return the order. I completely understand this is not the pharmacy's fault, and I am understanding there's nothing they can do.I spoke with a woman named Carol, and explained the situation. She spoke to me with an attitude, and informed me that it was my fault for "approving" the refill, when I didn't. I asked if there was anyway to return/refund this, and she very rudely said "I'm just going to send you to a manager" and put me on hold. The manager was super nice, and informed me I couldn't return the prescription. I'm not as upset about not being able to return the prescription, but upset that this is how Carol speaks to people.

Yeah this place sucks. They literally never bill my medications correctly. And now I found out they don't follow CDC guidelines with covid and just have their employees come in when they know they are covid positive. How do you think that makes your immunocompromised patients feel??? Switching to a place that actually cares.

I love Wegmans. They have everything you could need and then some. The hot food can't be beat and the lines at checkout are relitivly short

Went in to ensure my prescription would be filled before my doctor's visit and the cashier punched a few buttons and told me 20 minutes. Well she omitted to ask me which prescription I needed and proceeded to fill the wrong one. Only after getting the text that she screwed up did I have to go back to the counter and have the correct one be filledWhere is the training where they ask the customer what they would like instead of playing guessing games. Now I have waited for OVER 30 minutes for a basic medication that should take 5 minutes. This location does not train staff well

while doing a doordash delivery a customer asked me for an update as to why her order was taking so long... I went to send the customer a 3 second video and was assaulted by one of the managers... I was taking a video of there pizza oven with 3 pizzas in it that they were claiming was too full to put more pizzas in, I made sure there were no employees in the video until the manager approached from behind and asked " is that necessary?" I rotated with my phone and said "yes, you claimed the oven is too full to add" and at that point the manager made physical contact with me and took my phone from my hands and walked away with it. I was never asked not to record and there is no signage in the store banning video recording.

The sub shop is ridiculously overpriced. Half sub is 8 bucks! You want it toasted? Another dollar! They put a half piece of cheese on there and weigh the amount of Turkey so you don’t get an extra ounce. I had them put the lettuce on the side but so not worth the money.

Their bakery is great for ordering sheet cakes. Do it all online or go into the store and someone in the catering section will walk you through the process. We ordered the largest size with marble cake, half with vanilla pudding filling, half with chocolate pudding filling, and a whipped cream frosting. So delicious, and I'm not even a cake lover. We enjoyed the light, less sweet flavor of the frosting and the cake itself was very moist. Just remember to keep the cake refrigerated because the whipped cream will melt. Also, the cake decorators can't steer too far away from the standard writing and frosting roses, but they were so kind to help us find something that was simple and fit our needs. They ended up writing the names in a rainbow format. So sweet and the girls loved it. We will continue to use Wegmans for sheet cakes because of the great taste and decent price.
