Took us in when our tire blew in front of their shop. Excellent quick service and were super friendly! Their dog in the waiting lounge provided great company while we waited too! Would recommend to anyone!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I brought my car in because there is squeaking when I drive. Was told I needed some things fixed including the AC. When I went to pick up my car they had fixed something else and added 600 dollars to my total without notifying me before hand. After paying almost 3k I got my car back only to find AC was not fixed and my car still squeaked!!! I feel I was price gouged and taken advantage of!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Well if you know Mr. W, All is good because he dont pull no punches..he wants you happy the same way you do. And with the top techs he has is well over 100 yrs. Of experience between them. You gotta try them out.. TOP NOTCH service!!

Excellent service. I drove in from out of state to visit family and had issues with my vehicle on the way in. Walczak's took care of my father's vehicles in the past, and he took great care of mine today. I can drive back to Florida safely later this week thanks to the quality service from Dennis and his crew. Thanks ?

They never told me my car wasn’t able to be fixed, leading me to keep my car at their shop for days, waiting to hear back. I have some things left in my totaled car that they WONT GIVE BACK TO ME. I’ve been waiting for weeks.

I am new to the area and working from home so when I am finished with work they would be close. They drive my vehicle to my home of no cost to me. When they inspect my vehicle they did not fix any thing until they spoke to me first.

Called for inspection guy was kinda rude idk if he had a bad day but he was insisting I leave my car and pick it up next day and I told him I couldn't do that so I'd just find another place and he was said something like I don't understand what the problem is just drop your car off and we'll get to it when we get to it. And I told him I was going out of town I couldn't leave my car for a unspecified amount of time especially if it's over a day 2 days, he responded that it wouldn't be in the shop for more then 2 days unless something wrong was found with the car so I should just come and drop it off so they can see what's wrong with it. I went to Valvoline and they did it in less than 2 hours
