Pleasant employees. Didn't have the item I was looking for

My complaint is about their rewards. I signed up for the rewards and everything I go in to buy something my rewards doesn't work they say you can fill out a new one. I already signed up have an account but it won't work. I've spent a fair amount of money this year and I'm not getting any credit.

We love this specific Valu in Depew. They are always well staffed. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It would be awesome if every retail store was like this.
