TOPS Friendly Markets is a clean and decent-sized grocery store that meets the basic needs of its customers. It has a good selection of products, although there have been occasional concerns about the freshness of fruits and vegetables. The pharmacy service is efficient, with easy medication transfers after another pharmacy closed. However, some customers have experienced issues with self-scan registers needing frequent assistance from staff. While most employees are friendly, there have been mixed experiences with customer service, including a particularly rude encounter. On a positive note, the floral department receives praise, especially for the helpful service provided by Colleen, who created a beautiful wrist corsage on short notice. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, many customers appreciate the store for its convenience and supportive staff.
Easy transfer of medication after rite aid went out of business. They have no problems filling my medication. The store is always clean.

A decent sized grocery store. It has what you need and it's clean. There have been times where I noticed the fruits and vegetables are being sold when they're already going bad but this is rarely compared to what I've experienced in East Aurora's Tops which thankfully that has more recently improved
