Placed a cake order 3 days in advance with a guy named Maverick. Had to choose a basic cake because he said he couldn't find the "kits" for the "theme" birthday cakes. Whatever. So we proceeded to choose the options for 2 basic cakes to be ready for pickup Saturday at 11am. When we arrived for pickup, we were told they have no cake order, and insisted we must have ordered it at a different location. NO! It was ordered here, at this location, with THAT GUY STANDING RIGHT THERE, NAMED MAVERICK!! He obviously never put in the order forms, and now my boys will have no cake for their party today. No apology, no customer service, no solutions offered. NOTHING. Maverick and 2 other bakery employees stood there, arms folded with little to say about the whole thing. I guess your mistake is now my problem to solve. Thank you Tops for letting my family down and ruining my kids birthday.Never again will I return to Tops. Ever.

Terrible store! Just awful! This store honestly sucks smh. First of all, the bottle return machines are always broken. $6 for 3 apples, like really? Shelves are always half empty and never fully stocked. The place is disgusting and filthy looking. When we went to check out, there was only one cashier. So we had to do self checkout. The woman in charge with semi long gray hair seemed really bit*hy and miserable. She was very rude towards a customer infront of us and then was rude when we were checking out. Customer service was awful and I don’t recommend this tops to anyone. The manager should be ashamed that they hire such awful miserable people.

This place is horrible! 3 cashier's during day...none at night? Some of your customers work night shift and the last thing we want to do is go shopping and then have to scan our own groceries... If you want us to scan our own groceries how about making the price of food go down!

Big place. Lots of varied and copious groceries. They had everything I needed.Lots of good prepared foods available.Friendly staff. They even helped me get the deep discounts when my saver(?) account didn't work.

Tops is always friendly and very helpful. Some Customers today are rude and ignorant people. Tops handles them well. I can't believe how many dissapointed people we really live with in today's society.
