“Overall, service was great. The problem was fixed correctly and everyone we dealt with was very kind/helpful. My only issue is that it took over 2 months to get it fixed. It took almost a full month from the first call for the initial appointment, took another 3 weeks for them to get the part we needed (not necessarily their fault), but then took another month from that point to get a second appointment to put the part in. It would've been nice if they had setup the secondary appointment as soon as they knew a part was needed to save us some wait time. This was our first service visit with Basil, so I cannot say if this is typical or just a busy season for them - but this specific issue would make it hard for me to recommend them for anything timely. I am hoping this was a one-off experience. We will be using them again in the future, so I'm happy to update this review if this isn't a consistent experience.”

“Knowledgeable staff got my NYS inspection done in record time. Waiting area windows let you see your car as its worked on and if there's a problem, the staff can walk you to it and physically show you.”

I had an urgent matter with my tire splitting and Luke was able to fit me in ASAP and help me out by replacing it for me in an extremely fast and timely manner. I cannot thank him enough!
