The Losson road location has gone downhill so fast the last few years. The biggest reason for the this review is that the younger staff they’ve hired are so rude and unfriendly. Most times they don’t even greet you or say hello when you’re cashing out in line, they just scan the items and tell me my total. It’s horrible customer service and just rude. Absolute zero customer service standards. Items are frequently of stock, isles are crowded and unclean. Whoever is the manager here should be fired immediately because they’re running this place into the ground starting with the staff they’re hiring.

Today I found rotten mini cucumbers with black spots on them. The produce area could use some work. Giving 2 stars bc staff (for the majority), is super friendly.

Clean store. Although some items are sold with their due dates that are coming up and some items not listed in the right location according to the Target App.

I frequent this Target, probably a few times a week and every time there are carts full of unstocked items blocking shelfs and aisles. It is extremely frustrating and it looks so sloppy. On some occasions i’ve had to move carts out of the way to grab what i need, and at 35 weeks pregnant it’s exhausting trying to move some of them because they’re packed with stuff and heavy. I never see any employees actively stocking the shelves, the carts are just left there unattended. I love Target but it’s getting ridiculous…

Welcome to Target! Don’t mind all the carts of back stock everywhere completely blocking the ability to shop on a Friday at 4pm. This place has gone to the gutter the past 2 years.

The Losson Road Target should be embarrassed and ashamed. Dollies full of unstocked product in almost every aisle. Garbage and products on the floor. What's on the shelves are in disarray. One register open with a line 20+ "guests" deep. All of this while prices continue to sky-rocket. It's an absolute shame they started to care so little about the customer experience.

More cashiers or more self check outs. No reason to be waiting in a 40 person line on a Sunday afternoon.
Found all my stuff in 5 minutes, waited 15 to cash out.

“Good & Gather” all of the Target products in our house to go straight in the trash. This is far from the first “surprise” we have found in Target products, but this was most certainly the last for our household!

This store used to be a great location to shop. However, it has taken a sharp turn for the worse. For the last few years, the store has been a mess, and stock carts are blocking lanes. The shelves are empty, and service is nonexistent. Can't believe I am saying this, but you are better off at Walmart

This used to be the nicest target in the area. In the last year or so this location has fallen apart. Aisles loaded with carts and pallets. They need help. If there is a corporate team that goes out to stores and helps them out this location really needs it.

Not sure why anyone would want to come to this location, having worked at a Target this is the worst location I have been to. Pallets of random items all over, some not even piled safely. I have been come periodically to this location ever since moving to Lancaster and only come here for the fact it's only a couple miles from my home and next to the Wegmen's we shop at.

This store has gone extremely down hill. The aisles are packed with unloaded items to the point you can’t walk down them or grab what you need. The grocery section has smelled like rotting eggs for months. The app is never correct on when items are out of stock. It takes forever for basic items to come back in stock.
