A must see store jammed with 716 merch for everyone. Reasonable, clean, with helpful employees to make your shopping experience optimal. They carry linemen sized shirts too, not just to 2x.

Very difficult to get into the store if you use a cane. Bannister is only on one side of the stairs. The bannister only goes up the two stairs. Need a longer banister to get to the sales room floor. I couldn't get in to shop.

Had a great experience this evening: when I tried to use a gift card, the girl behind the counter realized that something was messed up on the back-end and spent the time to determine what had happened. At no point did they put the blame on me or make me feel like I was in the wrong and she and the other employee sympathized with my concern that the gift card might not be honored and went out of their way to ensure I received the full value of the gift card. They also committed to making a note of the scenario so other customers wouldn't experience it again. Couldn't have asked for a better response.Store 716 has a cool selection of unique designs as well as a bunch of licensed clothing, accessories and novelty items. They regularly come up with particularly unique items that often go viral and for good reason, they just stand apart in the huge crowd of Bufflao-themed merch (i.e., I have the mafia-stripe-themed Apple Watch band). They're responsive on Twitter and generally seem to have great customer service. Thanks for the great experience, Go Bills!

It's not much to look at but their assortment of Bills and Sabres originals is great. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It's an awesome store for the Buffalo sports fan. It has a great selection of t-shirts and sweatshirts that are reasonably priced. Excellent service.
