I dealt with an agent, Austin at State Farm- 'Czaja's Joe' for a bundling of car & home owner's insurance. I researched prior to committing to any policy 5 different insurance companies. State Farm offered me the coverage I wanted & offered suggestions to what may be needed; never pushy. I was given discounts applicable and I will be saving over $800/year compared to the bundled policy from a leading company I did have My agent was available to me whenever I called and if busy, he returned my calls in a timely manner. My agent was polite & respectful- something I appreciated.
