I also needed a few items. Frank (store associate) patiently answered all my questions and offered expert advice to set my mind at ease. Over the course of my visit, multiple customers joined the conversation - some newbies like me, others sharing personal advice. I walked out feeling like I had it all together, plus with the items I was missing. And my trip went fantastic. Frank, you are a rock star! “over the past 10+ years of being a hockey, dad and coach Front Row Sports has provided us with the best overall experience in this game. Many people say oh, they're too pricey, which actually their prices are very competitive, however, before finding front row the amount of money I spent on equipment that was the wrong size. The skates weren't fitted properly. It cost a lot more. Donnie and his crew at the Buffalo location are all experienced hockey players, and will make sure your child is fitted with the appropriate and safest available equipment they have. I have found that other suppliers top line is actually about the beginning of where front row sports quality begins. Since going to front row I very rarely hear my son complain about his equipment unless it's used up and needs to be replaced which is not very often. Kudos to Donnie and Rob and the rest of the wonderful staff at Front Row's location in South gate plaza. you guys have been the largest advantage I have found in the world of competitive hockey. Had an issue with it ten days ago, called the company for assistance, and sent it back for repair. It was repaired and returned promptly and the repair charge was more than reasonable. These people and their products are the best. Highly recommended!”
