When it comes to paint projects. Sherwin Williams is the only place, I am going to for all my painting needs. I will admit there are other places, that offer cheaper paint and supplies. But the quality drops off drastically, so for me SW is worth every dime. I also appreciate the customer service that I received. The representative, took their time to explain everything about the difference between paints. This was a tremendous help and because of this, I left feeling really great about my purchases.

Every weekend that I’m working the girl that’s in charge gets our paint order wrong. Walked in and heard her telling another customer that they didn’t have to sand an aluminum base that was chipping before they painted it. This is the fourth time this girl has gotten our order wrong for the job we are working on she should be fired.

Walked in, worker was assisting another couple. I looked around and got all of my materials together, then headed up front. By this time the couple had left and the worker went to work on drop off orders without ever acknowledging me. I waited a few minutes at the registers then called the store, watched the worker wait and wait to answer. When he did I told him I’d like some assistance at the register and he said he’d be with me as soon as he can then hung up the phone. I will sadly never again support Sherwin Williams even though I was very excited to support their company while remodeling my newly purchased home.
