The people at the registers are always nice and greet when you walk in. However the people in the pharmacy are always rude.

Pharmacy is always slow and messy for prescriptions. Also today I was told that they weren't taking flu shot walk-ins (even though it's advertised everywhere) because they were too busy - 1pm on a Sunday and only one other person was in the whole store.

Worst rite aid pharmacy in existence. They honestly couldn’t be slower.

Absolutely terrible! I have no idea what they teach their pharmacist Associates but it's the worst. First off, they make you wait for no reason. They see you but they won't help you right away. Not to mention every time I call they tell me my meds are ready but when I pick them up I ALWAYS have to wait. What's the point of checking ahead and telling the customer the meds are READY when they are NOT. The most infuriating thing was how they put one of my meds back when I called the day before to confirm it was ready and that I would either pick them up later that day or the next. I was not willing to wait on the other one. Btw, get associates with better attitudes who don't toss your meds at you. I didn't have time to wait because I had coworkers waiting for me outside who were more than gracious enough to do the pitstop for me on our lunch break. I'll most likely be going to another Rite Aid with hopefully much more respectable associates.

Only pharmacy open during the big storm. My wife had surgery, needed her medication and Steven pulled through in a big way helping us get sorted. I really can’t thank him enough, he saved my wife a lot of misery tonight. Thank you thank you thank you

We called the pharmacy a few times at 4pm on a weekday to see if our order was in. One time when they didn't pick up the message looped back to the main menu. The other four times it rang and rang until the line cut out.

For many years I have been doing my business with Rite aid, before that when it use to be Eckerd. I don't know what's going on with any of the Rite aid pharmacy but it is absolutely getting bad. I switched from this one to the other one on Losson and Union and that one is just as bad. 3 people and the pharmacist but the 3 people are all foreigners. I had the one guy tell me that they had to order my medicine,to find out the next day it was there. Just very disorganized. Nobody knew what they were doing. This one at Transit and William the female pharmacist is not friendly and her tech is just miserable. You're working with the public and you need to separate your personal life from work. I've worked in retail for 25 +years. You don't like your job then leave. With that being said I've moved on and I'm now with Walgreens.

Literally the worst pharmacy. You call and someone either doesnt pickup or hangs up on you. You call to refill and never gets refilled unless you call. When you go to pick up youre still waiting like 20 minutes in line.

The sales person was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful in getting me to the area of the store where I wanted to buy items. She was also very friendly at the cash out counter.
