This location is always friendly and welcoming! Great selection of dog supplies/food/treats. Staff always pay attention to my 3 dogs. Today, my Pekingese chose a new ball from the toy aisle and proceeded to push/kick it all over the store. (great fun on a rainy day with no other dogs in the store) The staff was all playing with him and helping him retrieve his new ball when it got stuck. I only wish I would have thought to take a video!In addition, this store has been extremely generous over the years as we did fundraising for the creation (and now for the maintenance) of Lancaster Unleashed/Como Lake Bark Park. 2 paws up!

We spent hours going to 3 major grocery stores looking for a specific(common) dry cat food to no avail. We found what we were looking for at Pet Supplies Plus and the shelves were well stocked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Staff is great. We spend a few hundred dollars every month. Disappointed however in their dog wash. In the summer the dial for soap stopped working and it still isn't fixed. The water pressure is so low you can't really wash your dog with it. They have a cold water hose but the spray gun that you can buy anywhere for a few dollars has been broken for weeks. Not really sure why they are selling tickets to wash your dog but no longer have an operable dog wash. We may decide to go elsewhere if this continues. They may have just lost a great customer.

We used their delivery service because it was free if you spend over $35. The items we ordered were at our door within an hour of hitting "submit". Excellent experience, as always. They even included a handwritten, personal thank you message inside! Always great prices and great service!

They never have insects such as mealworms. Everytime I call they say they get their shipments on Thursday or Friday and I go Friday, there is no mealworms. Clearly this is a problem and who wants to drive 20 mins to another location that doesn't have any either.

The store itself And the people are great! The stock is my problem! I get a wonderful coupon for 30 percent off. Go to the store snd there's no inventory! This has happened at least 3 times ! Very frustrating!
