The staff and easy access to appointments is amazing! Very quick and easy. I'm normally only there for 20 mins max!

When you make an appointment online or call ahead, once you check in at the kiosk and put in your code/ID/Insurance the process is fast. I got called quickly. Friendly/professional staff.

Today we brought my two month old in for bloodwork, which is hard enough as it is. There were two nurses who helped us. The one was kind during the visit, the other not so much. Our daughter’s baby toy was making noise to soothe her when the one nurse rudely asked “OK what is that noise?”. Then, while holding my daughter during the bloodwork (she was obviously screaming and crying) my husband was trying to help me out with her while they drew the blood from her foot. The nurse rudely made the comment to us “someone needs to move here”. It wasn’t our decision to be put in a small room with two nurses while they drew blood from a baby. I was then asked to return a lab kit later that day . When I brought it back I waited in the waiting room until a nurse came out and asked her if she could take the envelope that I was asked to bring back. She told me I needed to “make an appointment to give it to her”…which would mean waiting however long since appointments before me would be priority. It was not mentioned to me that I needed to make another appointment to drop it off. Overall I am unhappy with my experience here today and maybe there can be more attention paid to how people are treated.

I'm not happy with the new check in procedure. It's ridiculous having to get out your insurance card and then your dtivers license! Far too time consuming

I’ve been checked in since 1:30. My appointment is at 1:40. They been calling appointments past my time. When i asked tos we what was going on some rude lady put up her hand. Told me not to speak and she’ll ask me when im ready. I explained I’ve been checked in and not getting called in. She asked my name and shut the door. No one has talked to me or tried to help me at this location at all.

It was really busy but one of the nurses was in charge with getting the patients into the rooms quickly so the line moved fast. The guy that took my blood was very nice.

There were a lot of people in the waiting room thank goodness I had an appointment at which didn't have me waiting too long. The phlebotomist was very sweet and personable.

I do have trouble trying from home to secure an appointment but, the young lady who helped me made sure that shouldn't happen again
