Rick came out to deliver my Pods unit and inadvertently I had given him incorrect instructions. He was very accommodating and worked with me to place the container exactly where I wanted it. Rick was amazing, thank you so much Rick and Pods!

Scheduling for a POD delivery was very easy. I was given a delivery window of 9:00am to 12:00pm. The POD was delivered promptly at 9:00am by Rick and he did a fantastic job. It was amazing how he delivered it and my friend and I watched the whole time. I would highly this company and I hope Rick will be the person to pick up the POD. He did a great job and made sure I had no questions or concerns about using the POD. I would use this company again.

Was charged a container pickup fee of $58. This was never listed online when I booked it. Called customer service and was told agent should have mentioned it. When I stated it was booked online there was no response. I requested the pod be placed up by the house. It was left at the end of the driveway blocking our car in. Fortunately my wife was able to catch the driver as he was pulling away. Also had damage to my lawn and driveway. There was more room available than the website required to be. Should have gone with U-haul

Rick did a fantastic job of delivering and removing a POD from my home. He placed it exactly where I wanted it and made sure to take care of my driveway and grass when removing it. He was very quick and professional.
