Would not recommend anyone to go here. They do NOT stand behind what they sell you!!!! Spent $4,462 dollars on several appliances here. Defective dishwasher. Never worked under normal cycle...
Warning — they Will NOT send anyone out to help you unless they get a credit card from you. What kind of customer service is that? The explanation I got “the screen wont let me move past a certain point unless you give me your credit card”. Sorry, is that my problem “the screen” wont let you get past? “This is our new policy”
…be prepared to be referred to “the manufacturer” if there are any issues whatsoever.

Bought a whole set of new kitchen appliances. The sales guy was terrible, I knew more about the appliances than he did. The first fridge was damaged. The second fridge they made us pay 100$ to get it brought into the house even though they couldn’t fulfill our order the first time and put our renovation behind. The dishwasher will only work on 2 settings: turbo and delicate. Normal, auto, and heavy cause the dishwasher to shut off after about 90 seconds. The timer never even comes on with these settings. Seems like an electrical/computer problem to me but what do I know. We called to get someone out to look at it and they are telling us it’s an installation error (a customer service rep with no idea what they’re talking about and obviously could not possibly come to that conclusion over the phone) and will need us to put a credit card on file for repairs on a appliance that never worked to begin with. The dishwasher is level, hot water line hooked up, on its own 20amp circuit and drained properly by a plumber. How do I have to pay for repairs on a brand new appliance that does not work out of the box? All we get are your standard corporate answers to side step any real conversation to get this problem solved. They just want our money.

I recently purchased a Samsung stove and microwave at the William Street location. Emily, my sales girl, guided me through the process from beginning to end. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different makes and models, not to mention super patient with my questions and sizing concerns. I'm thrilled with my appliances and would highly recommend Emily if you buy at the Lancaster location. We've been long time customers and Orvilles always comes through!

They are very helpful and attentive to the customers questions/concerns. If they didn't know the answers they would go and print out spec sheets that ultimately answered everything asked. I highly recommend them for any of your household appliances needs!

After remodeling the kitchen, we went to buy a new fridge and dishwasher. Emily was very knowledgeable and took time to show us all the different models and features. We ended up replacing our stove and microwave as well with the great prices and rebates they had. Our appliances were delivered 3 days later on a sunday. I would recommend everyone check out orvilles before buying anywhere else

I purchased dishwasher, refrigerator. microwave and oven a little over 5 yrs. ago for my home (I also purchased the same for another house in Machias a little over 2 yrs. ago) Immediately I had issues with the dishwasher not draining and dishes not drying. A service tech was sent out (who was not very friendly) he proceeded to tell me that i needed to prop the dishwasher door open when done for dishes to dry. I continued having problems with it not draining, the same tech came back and told me the hose was too long and the dishwasher was too far from the sink. No solution was made, dishwasher would not drain or drained slowly. We lived with this for several yrs. hardly using it due to it usually only getting half way through the cycle than beeping shutting off. Well, it died, and we decided to buy another one. When the tech came, he was surprised we were getting a new one because the existing one looked new, when he pulled the old one out, low and behold it had a severely kinked hose, and in his words "here's your problem". The original installer kinked the hose during the install and the service tech that came back 2 times never pulled the dishwasher out to check it. Now I am out an additional 952.00 All because of a poor installation and a service tech that couldn't be bothered to check for the real issue. I have had the buck passed from store to service dept. to service manager and no none seems to care. I have left a voicemail with the service mgr. and sent an email through their customer service dept. and after several weeks have not received a return call. I guess their way of handling issues is to ignore you until you go away. I have spent thousands with Orvilles and i expect better customer service and care than i have received.

We had a dishwasher delivered to our house and it was a series of bad events. The delivery men arrived several hours past the estimated window, the dishwasher is missing a piece that was supposed to have come with it, there was plastic packaging stuck underneath the screws which cannot be removed with normal tools and the delivery people broke our front screen door. Upon bringing this to the attention of the store and service department they will take no accountability whatsoever, stated the missing piece and plastic were the manufacturer's fault and customer responsibility and claimed that our broken door was pre-existing (It definitely was not). It opened and closed properly immediately prior to the delivery men arriving, and it now hangs crooked. I do not appreciate, respect or endorse a company that dismisses a customer's concerns and refuses to own up to their employees' destruction of a homeowner's property. Previous loyal customer lost forever. They are apparently too heartless to care though. Maybe other potential customers will be spared by this review. Go elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! My girlfriend and I bought a brand new dishwasher from these people last month. We opened the box this week to install it and it's BASHED IN! They won't exchange it, give a refund or fix it! And BOSCH you can't get a hold of on the phone. What a bunch of jerks these people are! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a dishwasher from this store online. After it arrived I noticed two minor stress marks on the dishwasher. It was very easy for me to get a replacement panel for it. I was worried about the company giving me a hard time. I will be using this store for any of my future purchases.

Our old dishwasher stopped working out of no where and as a busy family of four I couldn't be without one! Dylan was such a pleasure to work with! Really knowledgeable of the different brands and got us our new on delivered the very next day! We are very pleased with our new Bosch and appreciate the speedy customer service! Ask for Dylan!!
