Just ok. Tellers are great but the support staff doesn’t answer their calls and don’t return calls. They seem to act as if they are doing you a favor. They forget it’s the other way around. They are supposed to work for the customers. I think the manager of this bank should spend some time to retrain and realign the personnel to remember their jobs are to serve the customers. It’s as if they are too comfortable in the let’s run it our way attitude and do what we feel like and not the way the customer wants it.

I’ve had an account with Northwest for the past 5 years and even got my mortgage through there. I went into this location last week and Brooke was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She was condescending and basically tried saying I was trying to cash a fraudulent check and decided to get the whole bank involved. I am closing my accounts and switching to a different bank.

Terrible customer service, don’t answer the phone, weekends no help whatsoever. I haven’t been able to access my account for days, don’t do it ! They’re terrible!!!

Jennifer was the best at making me aware of all accounts I could open and what the stipulations were etc. Deposited a 1500.00 check....it is available quickly. They are open on Saturdays and late Friday

Excellent bank with friendly, courteous staff. I have banked there for years and have never experienced a problem. The online banking app is very good and easy to use as well.

Don’t go to this bank is so bad always different staff in there the one lady with bonded hair lady is rude and she a manager or supervisor there. This bank takes money out of your account without telling you and and there is always one person or two people at the desk when there is a line. They also give you a hard time when you take money out
