They sent a mailer to my address with a new account offer, but would not honor it when I came into the branch. Very rude staff. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank.

Terrible customer service, don’t answer the phone, weekends no help whatsoever. I haven’t been able to access my account for days, don’t do it ! They’re terrible!!!

Jennifer was the best at making me aware of all accounts I could open and what the stipulations were etc. Deposited a 1500.00 check....it is available quickly. They are open on Saturdays and late Friday
