Wed. 05/22/2024 at 7am. The rudest nastiest employee ever. I wanted to use my bank card as credit asked her what button to use as all POS systems are different she literally said she didn't know. How is that possible do you not train employees then I paid in cash took my change and waited for my receipt employee yelled take your change so I said I did I need a receipt she yelled and said you have to ask and literally threw it at me. That is not what I call customer service you should be ashamed of yourself. I guess Speedy just hires anyone . Literally the worst establishment ever.

Whenever I have to go inside, I have a weird debit card that can’t do at-the-pump sales, staff is always incredibly nice!!! Was there 1/3/24 around 3pm and the guy working was genuinely kind! It’s those brief interactions that have the power to change the course of someone’s day. Thank you!!

The girl Tiffany at the register is the most rudest disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered working with customers. It clearly shows how little effort goes into speedways hiring process.I’ve been a customer for 5 plus years and in all of my 34 years of living I’ve never took my time to write a review for ANY business But since Tiffany said that I sounded “dum” because I couldn’t understand how she charged my card but couldn’t give me the gas I feel it’s necessary. I never received a refund and she refuses to cooperate or accept my business. The manager is very respectful and understanding but nothing has been done about my money or gas after 4 days now. I’m taking the time to reach higher management

02/05/23. This is my go to place because it’s on my path and convenient. Despite being there nearly everyday, the new clown cashier just turned my less than one year old ID down for a pack of smokes. I’m 36 and recited my entire license back to him. Also proved I have two lip rings.I understand it’s his job to speculate and verify but I don’t understand how it would be possible for me to provide a more valid ID. I’m sure his job isn’t to turn down paying, regular customers.Biggest issue is that this is where i usually stop for beer and cigs. There’s no point in me stopping here if this is the experience I’ll have every time this chode is the cashier.To the other staff that I befriended over the years, you guys are awesome!

My go-to gas station! Always such great service here. Gas prices are always competitive and the pumps are updated and easy to use. The store has a huge selection of drinks and snacks and even has an M&T ATM which is super convenient.

Long term staff is always a sign of good management. The young college student that works on weekends is always helpful and courteous , hes definitely a sharp individual with leadership skills. Clean store, COVID compliant.

My favorite gas station because the staff is amazing. All of them! Nicely stocked, clean, doesnt have that off-putting 7-11 smell. Friendly helpful staff.

I was just in there,.the only customer, one person was mopping and the other employee was restocking. They both saw me waiting to cash out, I stood there for at least six or seven minutes before someone would cash me out. Then when Tiffany finally decided to cash me out she acted like I was bothering her by making a purchase. I don't expect everyone to be all smiles but a hello or hi would be nice before she demanded my ID. I don't understand this type of customer service. Normally I wouldn't bother writing a review but it was very aggravating and I hope their manager reads this and maybe find some new employees.
