We worked with michelle, she was always very friendly and willing to accommodate us at almost any time. She was also very knowledgeable and personable. We ended up buying our kitchen from their store.

We just had our kitchen redesigned by Mark at NYKB. Throughout the process Mark was helpful, responsive, and did a great job guiding us through a variety of considerations as this was our first kitchen remodel. Despite the fact that we live out of state Mark worked seamlessly with our GC to make the kitchen designs reality. We can't say enough about how well it went! Thank you!

I don't know what I would've done without Gabrielle! Gabby helped me navigate a 2 bathroom remodel project by laying out the details and helping me select everything I would need. She made many great suggestions and thought of every detail. She is not only talented, but she is super patient and calming. Moreover, her follow up with me and the contractor is excellent. Be sure to ask for Gabby!

Generally a positive experience. However, I ordered a medicine cabinet to match my bathroom cabinet and was very surprised to find that it was a relatively cheap (Made in Vietnam) "assembly required" item with no instructions and "just OK" materials. I expected way more for 322 dollars. At a minimum, I should have been informed of what I would receive and because it was a "custom order" (It's not like this item was custom built per my specifications) no returns. The response via phone call, while understanding to my concern offered no help.

This review is specifically for Gabi at NY Kitchen and Bath…she was extremely detail oriented, listened to what I was looking for and gave multiple options. The whole process with her was quick and efficient right down to her emailing the contractor to get started! If you choose to work with NY Kitchen and bath make sure you go see Gabrielle!!

Gabrielle, from NY, kitchen and bath did a fantastic job in helping us pick out or bathroom vanities, vanity top, tiles and tub. We gave her some brief ideas on what we liked . And she had great ideas colors and patterns almost immediately. She was very patient with us. She knew all the products well. And gave us great advice. The quality of the vanity cabinets are beautiful. Thank you Gabrielle and New York kitchen and bath.

Amazing people and so many styles and tons of inventory to choose from.
Worked with Frank and Mark and couldn't be happier with everything!!
We did countertop with waterfall edge, sink, faucet, garbage disposal.

Michele helped us through a few major design changes and was a pleasure to work with. She also recommended a great contractor to do the work and we're very excited to get this project started.
We haven't ordered anything yet but I will update the review as the project gets underway.

I have the blessing to be working with Gabby/Gabrielle, she is excellent to work with. Needless to say her honesty, knowledge and professionalism are a huge help during this process. She is very patient, kind and attentive to our needs. Gabby has provided us with excellent service. We are beyond happy to have found someone like her to guide us through our first remodel-her help has been above and beyond our expectations, would recommend working with her 100 percent. They have an amazing selection, so many that we walked in and actually didn't know where to start. Luckily Anthony helped make our experience simple. He helped us pick exactly what we wanted and helped us feel less overwhelmed with this process. We will absolutely be coming back here for our next renovation.

My husband and I had an upstairs bathroom totally gutted . We removed the tub and had a beautiful, low entrance shower installed. Michele was our designer and DK Kustom was our contractor. We are so pleased with the entire experience! Michele was patient , knowledgeable and kind from start to finish. And Dillon from DK Kustom was superb. He was dependable, talented and very skilled. All of his subcontractors were equally competent. Thank you for a great experience.
