“I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”

“Store 312 was great ! The owner George took care of all my packaging and shipping needs! I was stressed about getting my stuff moved to another state ! He assured me that he would take care of everything. Not only did he pack everything, he also shipped it all and everything arrived on time . Everything was nicely packed . He was referred to me by another family member of mines who also did shipping with him! I would definitely recommend his store for all your shipping needs if you are in the Amherst area!”
“Hey, I read some of these reviews and I went with mixed feelings to this post office. I had to ship out a package. I was ready to fight.Surprisingly I didn't encounter a tornado. In contrast, it was a mild southern breeze. Fun aside, Kris made me feel welcome and greeted me with a smile and processed the package speedily and we even exchanged some friendly conversation.It seemed that the other workers were professional as well. Kris exceeded my expectations by far. Good job.”

“My experience at the Broadway, Depew location was very pleasant. My wait time was under 2 minutes. The store was very neat & inviting.
Steven, the gentleman that assisted me in shipping my package was so friendly & helpful. I needed to ship a package to a friend who lives in a high rise out of state & without a secure mailroom. I needed an alternate way for the package to get to them.
Steven explained everything, answered my questions & went above & beyond to contact the out of state receiving location to alert them that the package will be coming to them for my friend to pick it up there.
