DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM!!! I have been going here for my repairs for at least 10 plus years…never had any problems with them. Now I need a car and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and I went to him because I trusted him…never even considered going elsewhere. I chose this particular car because of the mileage but after test driving it I was having second thoughts. I sat in this car and asked Zach if he was sure I should buy it and he said Kim you want this car. I’ve been your mechanic for over 10 years… TRUST ME. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! I had to have it towed to his shop about 3 times within the first month! To this day I still have problems with it…smells like gas all the time which I told him from day 1. Now he won’t return my calls. He fixed a few things but now is washing his hands clean of this car. If he screws over a LOYAL customer what will he do to a new customer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Jim's Automotive Sales & Service! Zach went above and beyond to fix my rear bumper free of charge and got it done the same day. Jim Automotive is great auto shop with the expertise on all auto needs. Jim is an experienced mechanic with amazing skills & excellent troubleshooting skills. The customer service is very good & have cooperative staff. I was impressed the work they did on my Acura.
I highly recommend Jim’s Auto for all the repair & maintenance needs.

Words can't express how impressed and thankful I am for Zach and the rest of the crew at Jim's Automotive.
Before going to Jim's, I took my Ram Big Horn 1500 to the dealership because I could smell coolant coming through my vents, whether I had my heat or A/C on. West Herr diagnosed the problem as my Heater Core, and said it would cost $2,300 to replace due to all the labor time they would need to spend on it (it is a full gut job on the entire dash to exchange the Heater Core, and both shops said it would take 8 hours).
I was stunned and didn't know what to do, I thought they were an honest dealership and wouldn't try to rip me off. My Father-In-Law took matters into his own hands and got a quote from Jim's for me of $1,300. The part was on national back order either way, so I waited months for it to come in (I STILL haven't gotten a call from West Herr saying that the part came in to schedule a day for them to replace the Heater Core).
When I finally dropped the Ram of at Jim's, Zach said he would have it done in 1-2 days. The next day he gave me a call at 12:30. He said before he was going to go through all the trouble of ripping apart the dash to do the Heater Core, he wanted to do some tests himself, so he did. The Heater Core was never the problem, it was the 3-Way Coolant Valve. He swapped the valve, tested it for a couple hours to make sure, then made the call. No fumes have come through the vents since.
The Valve swap cost me $350.
Not only did Zach save me a ton of money, he diagnosed the problem correctly and saved me the angst of wondering what the real problem was, if the Heater Core was replaced instead.
Jim's Automotive does business with integrity and honesty. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work on their vehicle.

This is a shady auto dealer! Beware! Sold my son a pickup with no catalytic converter, which is illegal. There was just a pipe in place of converter. Plus my son spent $3000 in repairs the first 3 months with multiple tows needed and many days in their shop not being able to use his truck. Being told they didn’t know what was wrong with it! Now one year later it won’t pass inspection due to rotted frame and multiple other issues. They totally faked the NYS inspection sticker. Do not buy from them or immediately have a different shop look at vehicle.
