“Love this store! So glad to have them in Buffalo. Got into the RC hobby about a year ago and at this point it would be easier to just have my paychecks deposited into fields account cuz that's 2e23”
“I stopped in today and loved the deals. I pulled a few good rookie cards out of a NFL pack. I’ve gotta say, there was some nice looking baseball cards I went after. As I left I got a good luck wish for my packs. Great people and great cards. If you are new to cards like me… stop in!”
“Everything you can imagine for Arts crafts you name it at very reasonable prices different types of paper pencils paints everything skip Office Max go right to Hobby Lobby”
“Great crafting store and I especially love the free crafting flyers that are found in each aisle that give you ideas on what and how to create items using the materials you find in those aisles! I also am a coin collector and they have many coin collecting books and coin sleeves to keep your coins in. They also have a lot of funny home decor signs that make me laugh to read them so I take a picture of them on my iphone and then I have them with me to share with friends/family instead of spending the money to buy them. Lots of nice giftables too! Phenomenal fake floral area, Ive never seen so many beautiful fake flowers in my life! I always check out the Clearance aisle too!”

3908 Maple Rd, Buffalo“Awesome place. Great source of figurines and d&d supplies. Fantastic place to buy board games. Great staff. Definitely recommend going there if you're into any kind of board games or RPGs.”
“Best store for antiques and collectibles in Western New York. Been buying video games here for many years now and loving the newly expanded McKinley Mall location. Thanks for having an awesome store!”
“Since very recently getting back into collecting and selling Pokémon cards, it’s been a challenge finding a shop that isn’t solely focused on money.. I understand it’s a business, but it’s a business based around people’s passion for cards. It was really refreshing to meet a buyer that wasn’t just trying to hustle me. He offered me a truly fair payout and was very transparent about where his pricing comes from. Not only is the staff great, but the prices on sealed product are phenomenal. Only store I have been to that seems to compete with current market trends. I have had some bad experiences with a couple shops.. with one shops employee actually getting mad that i refused to accept 30% value STORE CREDIT on a stack of chase cards that would sell at 100% right away online..he proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t get any more from anywhere else, and let’s just say I got 3x the amount he offered in CASH at 716. anyway, I won’t have to go there again because it’s strictly 716 from now on!”
“With online ordering, I hope we see Michaels around for a long time. I couldn't pick up my order when I placed the order and they held it for me for almost a week.”
“The workers at this location keep the store very organized. I can run in and run out to grab my supplies or I spend more money then needed!I was able to make these Spring Door Signs!”
“I could boast about Michael’s all day. This is the most convenient location for me, this one can admittedly be a bit crowded in the center isles but it certainly never stops me. Always find what I’m looking for and self checkout is a bonus”

5055 Transit Rd, Williamsville“This is no doubt the best Michael's location in the area, employees are very good attended the kids club in which my daughter was taught friendship bracelet making her teacher was amazing!
Well organized , always stocked great for kids art supplies and adults too.”
“I was in Michael's today on 9/14 at the Amherst location . I met Danielle in the Framing dept . I needed my oil painting re-wired and she did a great job . I also needed to select some paint, to spray the frame on the painting . Danielle was very helpful and gave many suggestions . It was a pleasure to work with her on color suggestions for the frame She made everything very easy Thank you , Michele B”

4018 Union Rd, Buffalo“Really cool old school comic store. TONS of bins to go through, and for the size, sorted pretty well. They mentioned a possible new location. That would be nice since its a bit tight, but its kinda fun like that too. Great prices too. If you are searching for missing issues, this is the perfect place to go.”
“Huge thank you to Curt Noon. He not only answered numerous questions from my 8 year old but he assisted with our selection of products and placed the cards we opened into sleeves. All 3 of my children talked about how nice and helpful he was. It’s great to see customer service alive and well! Thanks Curt we will be back.”
“Amazing. Jeff is the best. If you are looking for a card/sports collectables shop. This is the best one in western NY. It's a real small business, instead of a national giant that doesn't work with you. I'm not even a collector, and his store is still interesting. Looking forward to my next visit.”
“The white guy with really long hair must’ve maxed out his charisma. I’ve stopped going to game stop about a year ago due to poor customer service and just all-around bad experiences. This young man’s customer service skills were impeccable not only did we have friendly chitchat but he was very knowledgeable on what I was after this is the type of guy you want to promote and keep around I wish I got his name.”
“Adam was willing to go above and beyond to assist our needs, even when there was a line behind us and him being the only employee. Didn’t seem to get overwhelmed or anything. Definitely had a calm coolness to him and was able to effectively work to help assist our needs.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because a trade in was missed (was later resolved) and the mini controller we bought was defective.
Related to location only;
Parking lot here is terrible. You’re better off parking in hobby lobby and walking.”
11AM - 8PM
740 Thruway Plaza Dr, Buffalo“The people that work at this GameStop I really knowledgeable about their products and do not mind helping you you can find most games there when you cannot find them at any other GameStop”
“I have been to this store a couple of times this year, always very helpful staff. A vast selection of n gauge items, significant quantities of HO and O gauge stock and a selection of G gauge items too. Also lots of other railway items you would expect to find in a good model railroad store such as this. I purchased a selection of items across my visits at fair and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend a trip if you are in the area!”
8:30AM - 5PM
85 Innsbruck Dr, Cheektowaga“I bought my Christmas tree, lights, figurines, wreath and storage bag from here years ago. They're all great quality, my decor gets compliments every holiday season, and I'll be enjoying them for many years to come.”
“I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he was working all alone on Christmas Eve, and he was a rockstar. He dealt with the stupidest questions from the most clueless customer base imaginable and he never lost his good humor. I asked him how he drew the short straw, and he just shrugged it off and said “I couldn’t ask my employees to work open to close alone, but I know I can handle it”, and he was. I don’t know how GameStop promotes from within, but don’t lose this guy.”
“My dad and I just moved to the area a week ago. Came here to see if I could find a Buffaslug jersey for my friend's birthday. Not only was I able to find one for $25, I picked up a Dahlin jersey for a great deal as well as I will be attending a lot of Sabres games. Although I'm not as much as a football fan there are a ton of Bills jerseys. A lot of the Sabres jerseys are customs but *most* of them (as a couple have obvious errors) are presentable as authentic. There is also a decent card selection, they have Buffalo singles across the board and several boxes (No hockey boxes) to choose from. There is also a small selection of cheaper singles. Great smaller store, the owner knows his stuff and was very helpful, and I will be coming here again in the future. Let's go Buffalo!”
