I’ve been with this bank for 4 years now. It’s great online banking and when I go to the branches in person I never have any issues. always very friendly and helpful staff. However, when I call, I NEVER get an answer. I am on hold 20+ minutes EVERY time. If I leave a voicemail, there is NEVER a call back. I’ve seen staff answer phones when I go into the branches, but when I call, nothing. I’m on hold as I type this, it’s been 30 minutes.

Far too many inconveniences. Beware if you get a loan. They are in the middle of no where but they make it extremely difficult to pay them back unless you go all the way out there and pay them directly. Never had any issues with any other company in my life accepting payments… I cant wait to pay off my loan so that I can never deal with this company again.

horrible service. called multiple times and was on hold for 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone. the debit cards are completely unreliable, my card has declined more times than it’s worked with more than enough funds on it.

I went online to see the bank hours, said they were open on Saturdays from 9 to 1, drove all the way to the branch. Sign on the door said closed today. Could see employees inside.

Good Neighbors has helped our family so much! They gave us a line of credit and a business account when no one else would. Now our lawn service and landscaping company has the legitimacy we always dreamed of! They helped us invest in our future. We pulled our money from the big banks to go local and it was a win win!

I can’t describe how much GNCU has helped in a short period of time . HERES MY STORY ! 6 months ago I found myself needing a new car… LIKE REALLY BAD. I went to 4 differently dealerships looking to see who J could get a car from with limited cash.. no one lol. I had no credit history and every report I showed up as a “ghost” … that’s what they called it . I walked into the union and told them my situation and practically begged for help. Brittney was so patient with me and helped me set up a plan to build my credit in 6 months and he’ll me get into a new car that fit within my budget . Well 6 months later of following the plan. My credit went to a 701 and I was able to get into a safer , reliable vehicle. From the cashiers, to the loan workers this organization is amazing . I love them all and they will for ever have my loyalty ?

Justin at good neighbors credit union is the absolute best. I have worked with him over the past 2 years during that time with his assistance I accomplished some large goals... refinanced a high interest rate on my car... then obtaining a personal loan to consolidate my debt... I would recommend him and good neighbor credit union to anyone looking to have assistance with their financial needs

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with both branches since I joined. I cannot remember his name but the manager and loan department at the Grant location is amazing I was able to get approved fast. Also any questions I’ve had I was able to get a quick and helpful response from Tim at the other location. Overall very good!!!

I have been with Good Neighbors Credit Union for a couple of years. It was the best decision I ever made. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and they are very helpful with any accounts you need help with. Thank you for being the best credit union around. Also thank you for your service.
