My wife and I love this store. You can get just about anything in here. The clothes are amazing. Even have plus size clothing so my wife can feel and dress beautiful too. They have a big and tall men’s section for her family members that are in that range. They have sections for every size including new born babies. They have shoes, housewares, home decor, perfumes and colognes, They have toys for kids of all ages. There is literally something for everyone. Plus they have Layaway. Which is Fantastic because who offers that anymore these days. That is exceptional in our opinion. We have a reward card which we love. You should go check them out. We go to the one on Dick Rd in Depew/Cheektowaga. We highly recommend them. Their prices are excellent too.

I love this place I'm here every other day because I live so close. Unfortunately I had a bad time today. I was looking at face masks and picked one up off the floor. A woman approached me huffing and puffing and scolded me told me to put them away on the hooks ( her job ) which me and my wife normally go out of my way to do. But this was diffrent she was nasty about it so I asked her name. And her name was Asia she is a manager there. She must not have been there long or she would have seen us before since we go there all the time. She was nasty to me so I told her ill put the mask back where I found it so i did I put it back in the pile of other masks. She followed me around and scolded me telling me she can kick me out of the store if she wants to. I love gabes and hate to give a 1 star review because 1 manager is having a bad day and wants to take it out on me. She doesn't know what I'm going through and needed to be nasty to be because she is having a bad day. Maybe next time I go back which is normaly katter in the day, maybe that's why I don't see this rude woman. I think gabes needs to do a better job hiring managers she shouldn't take her bad day out on customers who are there 3 times a week.

Fitting rooms closed. Cashier over charged me. Took 2 “managers” and about 30 minutes to refund me and they still didn’t refund me the correct amount. Still missing about $2. Unlikely I’ll be returning here.

A great place to find closeout deals. They have a large selection and everyone in the family was happy to find some items.
The staff is good and Yasmin is fantastic! We’re glad we finally got around to visiting this store. Got signed up to be a member and already got coupons for savings!

Wow this store has really gone downhill since I first rated it. Extremely messy items all over the floor carts left in the aisles. Some areas with very little stock on the shelves if any at all. Lots of clothes but no discernible order that I can see. If you have a lot of time and are willing to dig through stuff you may find a bargain but overall I would skip this store entirely.
