They make hoses fast, everything else stops there. Employee’s are rude and can’t give you any information when you ask a simple questions.

Fast friendly service prices are okay but the quality is what u actually pay for, I would recommend you there, don't be shy give them a try

Lets be honest here, what do you look for when you go anywhere for service anymore. Price, a smile with some personality, and quality. Obviously prices are outta this world so I wasn't surprised at all by the price, but what I was surprised by was the enthusiasm and work ethic I was met with. The guys were great which is hard to find this day in age. As for quality.... well it hasn't blown yet and its been used hard with all this snow.

The owners need to monitor their web page. The page showed they were open so I drove 13mi. to find them closed.

Update:Based on Response;Looks like I should've emphasized the high price first.Service/Quality: Very good. Made up 4 hoses per sample on the spot. Nice job with the plastic wrap on the outside. Done in 10 or 15 minutes.Price: I didn't have an "account" (or at least I didn't start randomly throwing out business names and make the counter guy peck through the computer trying to find one of them like the guy ahead of me did) - and paid the dreaded walk-in cash-customer price. OEM Retail was about $70 + tax, these were $90 + tax. I thought there would be a savings....guess I was wrong.

If I could, I would rate this lower than 1 star. Employees here are racist pieces of fecal matter. I have been a customer for over two years and to be treated like garbage is unacceptable. I will be taking business else where.

I used to live in the area and frequented these guys. I have since moved, but they are one of the best hydraulic shops in the Nation! Only wish they were closer!

charged us 900.00 for a hose that we could have bought from 5 star John Deere for 450.00. update, talked with the owner and he explained that the counter person upgraded my hose to a 5000 lb spec rather than a direct replacement 4000 lb,I maintain that I should have been advised of the employees choice,that choice cost a addl $46.00 a foot.Dave issued me a credit for most of the addl cost.Im pleased with the outcome. I didn't have time to question the charge at the time of service and took the review route. in the future if there is a problem and it can't be resolved at the counter I will ask to speak with Dave.

Poor customer service ..... person at counter was completely disrespectful from the start ... I guess I could add arrogant if you hate your job that much then find one that you like I don't care what kind of an emergency or how bad I need a part I will not return to that store and management must seem to think it's OKBecause he didn't say a damn thing to his guy about the way he was talking there's another place 6 miles away
