BEWARE and pay attention to the reviews about this business and location. I ignored them and now I have to bite the bullet I brought my vehicle two weeks ago from another shop who hooked all my suspension parts up wrong so I take it to these guys they jump right on it they call me in two days cars done cool I take the car home that afternoon my vehicle breaks down at 3 AM in the morning this is where the problem comes into play on the bottom of their receipt. It states that they have a 12,000 mile 12 month warranty on labor and the parts that they put in now mind you when I dropped my vehicle off I dropped off my own parts. The only thing that they had to do was the labor the car was starting and driving fine. The only thing that was wrong was the car wouldn’t lift from the suspension being hooked up wrong. So when I have my car towed back to the shop with the understanding that there’s a 12,000 mile 12 month warranty on the labor that they did correct?????? now if you took my vehicle and it was starting and running correctly when I leave your establishment if my vehicle isn’t running due to something that you guys did, it should be covered under the warranty I mean I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I am assuming that’s how a warranty works they have my car for two weeks I literally had to call them just like the rest of the reviews Say they don’t answer the phone when I finally got in contact with them the owners telling me that not only is the work not covered under warranty. He wanted to charge me almost another grand to fix my vehicle I politely came and got my vehicle today paid them their $200 for their diagnostic and drop my car off to another shop I’m convinced that all the other reviews about this business The more recent ones have to be fake. If you pay attention to all the older ones there’s nothing but complaints. Nice guys, but I honestly think if they’re not gonna honor that little bull crap on the receipt take it off ????

Excellent customer service. Awesome job guys ? They got me in and out in a couple hours for the work someone else told me would take several days to complete. I really appreciated how he handled the process of letting me know everything he would do to get my car back together. Thanks

I took my car there last year, my car sat for 3 months without anyone looking at it. I know these shops can be busy so I was very patient. After finally getting the owner on the phone I was told it needed 4 injectors and the cost would be $3000. I agreed and a week went by, I received a phone call that they inspected the car after the engine repair and proceeded to charge my another $2500 on lower control arms, without any phone call that they were doing that . I paid the bill begrudgingly, the car never ran right and eventually stopped running, after being on a waiting list I was able to get it into another shop where they spent 2 days diagnosing the car only to find out the injectors that were changed by Empire were never coded and were sending raw fuel into the oil which caused multiple rich conditions that threw the computer in a tailspin, costing me another $1400 dollars due to Empires incompetence. I wouldn’t send anyone to this shop especially after the shop that finally fixed the car told me they fix a lot of Empires work after the fact. I don’t ever leave reviews , but felt that maybe someone could find this helpful, and I could save them the aggravation and money

This is the best repair shop I have ever taken my cars. After any service I never feel like I got ripped off. Only do work that is necessary and aren’t trying to sell me anything I don’t need. How refreshing in todays day and age!

BEWARE!!! These people are thieves, scammers, they will install fake counterfeit parts on your expensive car and then charge you as if they were original brand parts, lots of new positive "fake reviews". The owner Rich is cheap as Chinese plastic and cannot be trusted!!!

Great people and great service. I took my vehicle here and it was finished promptly. When I picked it up I even had a new air freshener and they fixed the bolt on my rear plate causing it to rattle at no extra charge.
