Do not buy a GE dryer from here. GE has no service center, so as we wait now over 7 weeks without our "new" dryer working.
GE sent a service tech who replaced the ignitor and said if that wasn't the fix it had to be the gas regulator. His so-called fix didn't even last for a load of clothes.
Now GE sent a thermostat to the house, obviously the cheaper guess at what could be wrong... and the service techs have repeatedly either not shown up or cancelled. Days wasted staying at home waiting without even receiving a phone call.
Total garbage buying a GE appliance.. buyer beware.
UPDATE!!!.. was emailed almost immediately and they are bringing out a "new" dryer on Friday!!!
Starting to truly impress me with their professionalism!...
UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY... a little scuffing on the door that was noted by the delivery guys... but... it's actually drying clothes!...
They stand behind what they sell when You reach out to them directly!

Fantastic experience. They were able to deliver, install and remove my old dryer the same day I purchased. Delivery staff was timely, courteous and did a great job installing and explaining the new unit.

I cannot say enough great things about Edwards Appliance! The sales people were not pushy, they knew everything I asked about dishwashers, their prices were great, and they were all very nice (even over the phone Cole was helping me and he was so kind and patient)! The installer Chris they use was awesome as well! He couldn't believe the mess of wood the previous place had used to level the dishwasher, so he took the extra time and installed it appropriately. The last couple appliances from Orville's had problems that were never fixed, and we were not treated very great. I am thankful to have found a local business that cares about their customers!

Came in from OP to shop at Edwards. 100% identical dryer at Orville's and Home Depot was $200.00 more. Delivery was not an issue. A+++++

I had been told good things about Edwards. So we investigated and purchased an oven, glass top range, hood and a microwave. Although the manufacturer was back logged after months of waiting,the important parts were installed by Christmas. There was only one issue and the guys at Edwards were helpful to make things right.

Honestly, I’d rather go here than the Big Box Stores. Highly recommended! Great prices and it’s local. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable guys. It’s nice to talk to someone who cares about customers vs others who just want a sale.

Failed to deliver my friend's washing machine and refused to return the total amount charged. Shorted her $135.00. They also displayed very aggressive behavior toward her. Horrible business. Go to Orville's, Lowe's, or Home Depot. I do not recommend this business!!

Bought a dryer from Edward’s - it was a great experience!! The salesperson was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and the delivery and installation team were super professional and conscientious. I will forever buy all my appliances from Edward’s. I am so happy I supported a locally owned company….they crushed the big stores. A++++

The reason going to Edward's was because it is a small local business. 1. they do not have the appliances in stock - they have to order them [not a deal breaker for me] 2. I needed it professionally installed - they give you the name of a "dude" that will pick it up and install it for "cash, only" - this is a major red flag. Ed's suggesting to send an UN-insured contractor to install a major appliance in one of my rentals ... ridiculous. Go to Orville's.

They deliver damaged goods, get rude on the phone when you ask for a definite delivery time for the new, undamaged range and in total, acted like jerks on the phone. They have been paid in full, but offer no accommodations. A weak business model at best, a rude and childish company at the least.I pay over $3,400 and get no cooperation when I need delivery in a certain time frame. These people are disappointing.
