The experience in these classes is unique, we learned a TON of new information. Just when I thought I knew how to cook I come to one of these classes and find I learn MUCH MORE!! Chef Mark is so patient and an AMAZING teacher, :-))

We had a great time with Chef Mark and learned some really useful techniques on how to better work with and prepare some ingredients we already really like. On top of that, dinner was superb. We will be back.
