Chris and Michele's customer service was outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I left with a phone I love and a smile on my face. They are very knowledgeable and actually help you, rather than just try to make commission and get you out the door. Highly satisfied. These two deserve a raise.

DO NOT GO HERE or BUY ANYTHING HERE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. BETTER NEVER NEED TO HAVE ASSISTANCE FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SADLY DISAPPOINTED!!
Wish I could give them a ZERO. I do not normally leave bad reviews as I like to try to give businesses a chance to rectify things first. But no one who works here has any ethics or common sense when given that opportunity.
On 8/11/12 we bought a new hotspot. Asked if it was able to be returned if we were not able to get service consistently where we are at. The employee working indicated we had 10 days to return if it did not work. The employee set it up and sent us home with the device. We noticed as a we got the device out of the box she put it back in that it already had an error message on it “Looks like there is a temporary network issue affecting mobile hotspot right now, please try it again at a later time”. RIGHT FROM THE START DIDN’T WORK. It continued to display this message even when reset so WE NEVER GOT ANY CONNECTION. We goto Celina once a week for errands, so returned in the 18th to return it for another device as the clerk told us we could of any issues. Went into the store to speak to employee. She told us many things that were of no help at all. First, she indicated it was not 10 days as she told us - it was only 7 days. I advised her that was specifically NOT what she told us when we bought - and I would remember because it was the ONLY question I asked. She mockingly says - well you signed the disclosure and it said 7 days. So much for an employee actually knowing their job and not being a liar when wrong. But anyways, I said GREAT - we bought it 11th - it’s now 18th - that’s still 7 days so we are within the return period still. She logs in to computer and says we are MINUTES past the 7 day window so now it’s day 8 and they can’t do ANYTHING to replace it. She said they’ve had other customers with same problem that they haven’t worked right. I said okay great then - you guys can replace since you know there is a problem that they haven’t been working right. She says nothing we can do for you - have to call customer service and try to get it replaced under warranty now since past 7 day return window to do it at the store. Obviously, too ignorant to know that 18th - 11th is still only 7 days - but of course their computer says she can’t do it because we are MINUTES past the 7 days. She said we have to call 611 number for customer service and have them replace. We had tried that. They said their computers were down and call back later. WTH??? Asked her to get manager on the phone and she reiterated the same ridiculousness about being minutes past the return window and had to call customer service on our own. Asked her to contact the customer service - they said they can’t do that for us. We had to.
This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
So now we are stuck with a junk device that we paid $80 for that doesn’t even work.

Selena does her job very well at the cell phone store, I recommend her...she is bilingual (English - Spanish)
Helps customers with their new phones, trying to get them the best offer for cricket services...
In customer service I give 101%

Hi I would like to give major props to your employed Selena at the deputy store and the Wegmans plaza she had helped me with signing up for a promotion you have and she had answered every question that I had with a smile she was more than willing to help me find stuff out more than willing to help me figure out things on my phone she gave me the utmost attention and respect and in respect and I really really recommend coming to see Selena at the Wegmans plaza cricket store And if her boss sees this I she needs a raise this girl is amazing she was smiles she was willing to help and answer every question that I had She is absolutely amazing I'm gonna come back to see her every time I come to the store thank you cricket for having Selena as your employee.

After 3 weeks of calling and being on hold for hours, Selena was able to help me resolve the problem and then some she did more than what we came in for. If i could give her a 10 star review i would. She was amazing from the moment we walked in. Very helpful Very friendly. Just over all an amazing person. If more people worked like her we would have world peace.

Typical cellular store, took an hour and a half to "upgrade" to a new phone. Of course they jack up the price with extras and fees. $25 because I bought it at the store and not online, screen protector and case plus tax is $225 for a phone listed at $169. Worst part is I had to upgrade because they are dropping service for my old phone running Android 6.1oh and NO charger !

I definitely recommend this location, it is the best in the west! Selena helped me to solve an issue my phone was having. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make my mobile hotspot work. Thank you for being awesome. :)

Our experience with Tyler was wonderful he has a great personality. We weren't able to get set up today but we hope when we come to work with Tyler again. The store was clean with hand sanitizer at the ready. 5 stars all day.

I believe that Tyler is a very good salesperson, he is very patient and understanding. He never rushed me at any point and any customer would be lucky to have him as his representative. Whenever I come in I will be making sure that Tyler will be the one helping me. I will be recommending my friends to Tyler. This company has done the right thing by hiring him.
