I’m diabetic, my sugar dropped to where I needed sugar. I was about to drop. I came in to buy a bottle of orange juice. It was $1.29. I opened the juice to bring sugar back up. I explain to them what was happening, they worried about their credit card machine and still made me but $5.00 worth of things.I am a unsatisfied customer, I will not return. Remember word of mouth. I will tell my bus company, family and friends not to stop here for business. When you don’t have a lot of money and they force you to spend more then you have.!! Please do not shop here!

We were at a basketball tournament for our daughter nearby, and this was the closest convenient store to grab some drinks and snacks between games. This store is definitely a throw-back to my 80s youth, including a candy aisle with 25-cent boxes of Lemonheads, Red Hots, Boston Baked Beans, and more. It was early, so coffee was a must. The hot coffee here is drip-coffee prepared one pot at a time. My cup from the full pot that was sitting there was just okay, but for $1.25 for a large, can't complain. We purchased my coffee, three cold drinks, and a variety of seven or eight snacks (chips, cookies, nuts, a Cliff Bar, etc.) for about $23. Not too bad in this day and age. The cashier who checked us out was very friendly. Checking out, she hand-typed in each item into an throw-back cash register, with the chunky keys that make that satisfying chunky-key-plunk-sound. And then when I paid with my card, the old-school credit card machine came complete with that old-school dial-up screechy sound to process the payment. For a place to grab reasonably priced convenient store drinks and snacks, this Convenient Food Mart was a good, and nostalgic experience for me! :-)

I went in and bought $13 worth of merchandise got outside and realized I forget something. So I went back inside to get what I forgot and got behind someone who wanted a sandwich. I waited no problem then it was my turn to cash out and the cashier said “welcome back”, I said I always forget something and proceeded to pay but my item I forgot was $3. The cashier said the total need to be over $5 so I said I was just in here and you even acknowledged that plus you made me wait while you made a customer a sandwich. I never carry cash! I will never be back in your store, why should I, I can get everything I need at speedway right up the road. Speedway loves taking my money!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. The burgers were disgusting! The woman who owns it is extremely rude.. Just an all around horrible place to get a snack or some food. I RECOMMEND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I can imagine the food they serve in prison would probably taste like the food I got @ this place

There are issues with most of the employees. I like the owner. Yet, I have a pretty good feeling she and the husband are lousy employers. Any good or nice workers leave as soon as possible. The ones who stay who are probably not so good for such a business get Worse because of no training and abusiveness from the owner. They close the deli slicer up 6 hours before closing because it must be hard to clean, they say. They shut the lottery machine down at 7PM when other stores are selling tickets until 10PM or later, depending on the game played. I want to complain, but it is probably just not worth it. Just stay away. There are some other stores that have lottery machines in town just in the other direction. I liked sponsoring this store as a local place. I do not feel that way, anymore. Tonight the lottery machine was closed way before 8PM. Other stores have crowds of lottery players there at peak hours which are around 7PM to 10PM. I did not buy lottery tickets because machine was closed. I bought no food items because I left to go elsewhere. Guess, that's what they want to happen is to loose customers. Two other lottery players at the Speedway told me tonight they once used to use Convenient Food Mart in Depew. No more because of unreliability and some lousy treatment they said.

I went into the store and was doubled charged for sugar. On top of that on the scratch off machine. It said receive one free card. But the machine was broken. There was no sign nothing. I went to the cashier and she said I was out of luck and nothing she can do. So I lost out all around. She was rude and her customer service attitude was terrible

I wouldn't go into this store if you paid me, I walked in thinking how cute! It reminded me of my hometowns local store, but I was met with such a surprise as the cashier was super rude. There was a man asking for help at the deli, I waited for him to finish in the line. The woman tells me to come to the counter. So I do, there's a 10 dollars minimum for card so I quickly start looking for other things to add. She looks at me and goes honey I don't have all day I have to help that man. It took me 10-15 seconds to grab a candy bar. I put it on the counter she then adds in the mans food onto my order. I said no we're not together. She goes you put this soda here, I said no I put the juices and the candy bar here. She goes I thought this would be quicker and takes my card acting like for some reason I was the rude one. Go to a delta sonic at least the employees are nicer.

Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly great beer selection for a convenience store in my neighborhood. They had a couple different 12 Gates beers, big ditch, saranac, and I even a 4 pack from Froth, a newer local brewer. First place I found saranac s’mores this year! Aside from beer, they always have that one thing I’m missing to finish dinner - pickled jalapeños on enchilada night, or a single costanzo roll so that I don’t have to buy a whole pack of them when I just want to make garlic bread for spaghetti night, lemons and limes for cocktails, etc

Shame on the owner of this store!! She berates and insults a disabled person for using his EBT card!! That is the height of discrimination!! They lose NOTHING for accepting EBT and it's none of her business who has or uses EBT!! SNAP Authorities as well as the Attorney Generals office has been contacted regarding this discrimination!!

Great sandwiches! They make awesome sandwich rolls. Very soft and always fresh. They always have amazing service. The lady who works the counter during the day is super sweet and works very hard. I would highly recommend this place for lunch. I would suggest ordering ahead as it can get a bit busy around noon.
