We had a great experience with John W. He showed us a few mattresses based on our preferences and gave us a lot of good advice on mattresses. He wasn’t pushy just gave us the information and let us try things out and make our decision. The store was very clean and comfortable.

John was terrific from the moment we walked in the door. He asked a few questions to determine what we needed, and let us test 3 models he thought would work for us. We found the perfect one! He also let me test different pillows to find one that was most comfortable for me. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service from start to finish. Did research online with Jacque and the in store with John Willis. John explain all my options. Educated me on the pros and cons of each matress and they let me decide what option I wanted. Very Much appreciated the non high pressure to buy situation. Here is what I have to offer. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Keep up the great work!

I came into the Lancaster location months ago and bought a new bed. The gentleman that helped me (John) was beyond helpful. John has a real gift for connecting with his customers, being knowledgeable, patient and empathetic to their needs. He helped me again yesterday with buying a pillow and I had to write this because he impresses me with how innately he does his work to the highest degree. I really admire his work and I know he cultivates long-term relationships with his customers for the company in a unique way and I had to bring attention to that. Thank you John and the rest of the team. I appreciate everything; the time and effort.

My wife and I stopped in to look for a long overdue new mattress. John was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
He listened to what we were looking for and narrowed down three options for us. He gave us the time we needed to try all three options until we made our final decision.
It was a great experience and we highly recommend John and this location.
