The most racist bank in the area.
My brother went to this branch and he was mistreated by the employees, kicked out and called the cops upon, all because he wanted to withdraw money from our business account.
I myself went to this branch to inquire this issue and we all had a mutual understanding of the situation, however, now they are closing our business and my brother’s personal account. I was also promised a phone call from Joseph Saad but that never came!
All of this is because of the color of our skin.
I apologize for God creating us brown, I’m sorry my brother has a beard on his face due to religious reasons. It’s disgusting to see people act this way in 2024.

Awesome fantastic experience, from being welcomed at front door by a manager then being led to a teller a young man who was so polite nice then after being serviced the branch manager & his manager thanked me upon leaving & asked to open a future account. I absolutely love this bank. I am here pretty much daily and always have the greatest experience. Joe helped me get the Chase Freedom card open and I love it. He explained everything to me in detail and was so pleasant to work with. This branch has an amazing mix people who work amazingly together. Thanks team for being so awesome

I went into the Depew, NY branch with an issue with an account. The 2 greeters and banker Joseph said that they could not help me without my 91 year old mother coming into their branch. I explained that she was too elderly to travel from New York City and that it had been pre-arranged with a Chase branch in the New York City area. I asked them to check their computer and they repeatedly refused. I then asked them for their phone number so the other bank branch could call them to straighten this out. The 2 greeters then threatened to call the police, if I didn't leave and escorted me to the door.
I then went to another Chase branch and was treated with kindness and respect. The greeter knew right away that they would be able to help me. Their banker was professional and took care of my issue.
What a difference between Chase branches!!!!!

The staff here is helpful and wonderful, they always greet customers with a smile. The banker at this location works hard to ensure that clients are satisfied with their services and is friendly and professional. The bank is clean, organized and has a great staff. The leadership staff takes the time to introduce themselves to clients to build a strong relationship with the community. I enjoy coming to this Chase branch and would recommend it to others!

I have been banking with Chase for over 10 years now. I'm so glad to see them opening up new branches in Buffalo. They're extremely friendly and know what they're doing. Especially David, He's very tech savvy super friendly and understanding. This is how all banks should be. And also David definitely needs a raise, promotion or something.

BROADWAY AND PENORA LOCATION: I have NEVER felt so UNSAFE in a bank! The banker was pushy and aggressive. My husband had to leave the meeting for literally 5 mins to deal with an emergency and the moment he walk out of the room the banker tried to push me into changing things we had just talked about with my husband. When I told him I no longer wished to do business with him and wanted to leave he actively tried to prevent me from leaving his office. I RAN OUT OF YOUR BANK LIKE A TRACK STAR! I will warn everyone I know especially women to stay away from this place!!!!

The chase bank I go to is at Penora and Broadway. I absolutely love the people that work there. They are wonderful people. Always friendly, always smiling. They always remember who I am. And extremely welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Chase bank. I am glad I left Key Bank to join Chase Bank instead. The best experience ever.

Terrible customer service. Called and explained I wasn't a customer and had a check to cash.Said all I needed is 2 forms of IDDrove to the branch after punching in all my info for 5 minutes said it was over their non customer amount.
