I had an exceptional experience with the team at California Closets—Stephanie (Design Consultant), Damon (General Manager), and installers Nick and Mike. From the initial consultation to the follow-up visits after installation, everyone was meticulous, patient, and thorough. This level of service aligns with my previous experiences with California Closets on multiple projects.
I truly enjoy working with California Closets. As soon as I share my vision, Stephanie brings it to life with her drawings, making it easy to visualize and edit in real-time. I've loved watching the company grow as they introduce new materials, colors, and textures. In my most recent project, we created stunning glass-shelf closets for my kitchen china and crystal, as well as three cabinets in the premier suite for towels, utility items, and cosmetics.
Stephanie also helped design a brand new laundry room with countertop and cabinetry. We not only built walk-in closets, but we also transformed an entire office with unique lit surfaces. Nick brought enthusiasm, skill, and a positive attitude to the installation, ensuring everything was perfect. I appreciate Mike’s precise work in transferring cabinetry from my previous home to the new one, always filling in the gaps as needed.
A special thanks to Damon for overseeing all my projects and ensuring they were both effective and beautiful. I confidently recommend California Closets to my clients who are building or renovating their homes. I know the team will deliver outstanding results, rain or shine. We had a wonderful experience with California Closets. I had a vision of what I wanted for our small walk-in pantry (5x5 ft) and CC was able to bring it to life. Our designer, Denise, did a lot of measuring and assessing of sizes of my serveware and other items that would go on my shelves, and also the baskets that I wanted to fit on my shelves. I also wanted a counter put in to have a coffee bar in here. She was able to design my closed door shelving (and open shelving) to go to the top of the 10 foot walls, which added a lot of storage options. I would highly recommend CC to others!

It was an important fact on the contract that installation would be scheduled for 12 pm or after. I stressed that fact and it was scheduled for 12 pm but on the day of installation the installer arrived at 8 am without any timely message of a change. I feel like I was lied too just to make a sale.

Very happy with my closet! Kim was great, very helpful with the process, knowledgeable, and she made it very easy and efficient. The installer was punctual, friendly, and got the install done in less than one day.

I had 2 closets installed. I am completely satisfied. I also had a desk customized for my office. The designers were very patient and had my best interest at heart. The customer service correspondence via email or telephone was always handled in a professional and courteous manner. The installers and Manager, Damon, worked will with you to make sure the customer is happy. I recommended them to my sister and would recommend their quality merchandise to all of you as well. End product was beautiful. Did an Amore and closet system. Be sure to ask to get measurements done by the craftsman not salesperson. Many mis measurements causing redos and delays.
