No manager , no Notory public and no customer service horrible service. In my opinion this branch should be one of the best however, it is one of the worst BOA branches and I don’t know why they have them open until 5 PM if they cannot offer any services

All of the 1 star comments are true. Thus i didn't really have to add anything to it. I first read the 1 star comments before commenting here myself, just to make sure if it was only happening to me. Looks like im not the only one. And who ever replies to this comment from BoA, just dont. P.S the blonde lady with the mustache, is very condescending with anything she says.

In all the times I have visited the ATM, there has rarely been a line. There is only one lane so this may vary if visited during peak hours. The plaza entrance is pretty chewed up so use caution when pulling in

The entire staff there is rude, lazy and unprofessional besides the blonde girl that runs the business accounts. The lady with the black hair is buried in her phone every time i come in. If the entire staff isn’t reprimanded for being rude and unprofessional what makes you think the manager is any better? I’m about to find a new bank solely off how rude and ignorant that staff is besides one person.

There's a black chubby lady with a long pony tail , very loud, rude and unprofessional who works here, she laughs out loud acting really Ghetto..Walks away from her counter when the line is full just to talk ..this lady seems to have a personal issue and I wish upper management would look into this because what happened today was clearly discrimination

You would be hard pressed to find a worse BoA location than this one. DO NOT bank here. I've been going to this location for 10 years and the staff are always miserable and could care less about the customer. The final straw was after waiting nearly 30min in line to speak to a teller and close my account I was told I have to go back and wait in the "lobby" where nobody was even working except for one woman on the phone. Whatever she was talking about was not even banking related. Nobody bothered to come over and say I'll be right with you or showed any remorse for completely wasting my time. Avoid this location at the very least and better yet don't waste your time with Bank of America. There are plenty of far superior banking institutions just down the street who actually value customer service.

Stephanie and Melody were extremely helpful in assisting with a wire transfer that had to be done. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a Bank of America in this area, EVER! This will be my new branch going forward! Thanks again ladies!

I wish I could give 0 star to this location . The window cashier was so rude. He didn’t have name tag and unprofessional.I’m traveling today and it was good my account once I got withdrawal the person did something and gave me wrong amount and made my account on hold . It’s sad to not able to have your money for traveling.
