The ATMs are always absolutely covered with spider webs and spiders. How often do you maintain these? As a bank teller who's loaded their own ATM, this is unacceptable.

If I could give this branch a zero, I would. Horrible experience with Abigail.After notarizing one document she told us we had to go somewhere else and pay to have our documents notarized. The branch was not busy and we had a half hour appointment. She gave us 10 minutes and she spent half that time asking for help from her supervisor because she had no idea how to notarize.

I’m surprised at the low rating, because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always very friendly, \\u0026 extremely helpful. They answer any questions I may have, \\u0026 generally make the process as fast \\u0026 hassle free as possible.

The staff at this bank have always treated us unfairly, and are very rude. The bank manager is nasty to us as customers, very depressing . And being the only branch and atm in our area, we are stuck with this treatment.
