I wish I could give it 10 stars .. I dealt with Vince Southwell and, he was absolutely a SUPERSTAR !! The man took the time to correct everything that was an issue as I had a phone that was lost and then found totally destroyed !

In January of 2025, an individual came into this store and fraudulently bought a brand new Iphone 16 on our account. We live 4 hours away from this store. They gave this person a phone without presenting ID or proof of payment. We have been diligently working for 5 months and they would NEVER address the issue or take it off of our account. We were hung up on, the buck was passed, anything to get us to give up. *side note* ALL of our products are android. And we have been customers for more than 5 years. The purchase doesn't even make sense. We also had a receipt sent to us with NO signature which proves the fraud. We were also denied a final bill. If you are thinking of choosing verizon I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon store. Vincent was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and helping me understand the options clearly. He was friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend this Verizon store. I drove more than 20 minutes out of my way, and past other stores, to go to this one.
